It's the drive thru....my wife suggested that the should have a separate drive thru and the 2nd one just be for food orders only. Since food takes more time to serve tan that of ice cream..mine was a 2nd location out by Clinton super 8 cinema might be a good location. In addition I ordered a large pecan cluster blizzard and when I reached the halfway point, the blizzard wasn't mixed. All I had was vanilla ice cream.
Kayla Y. was so rude when I placed my order. Maybe it was because I didn’t know what I wanted and took a minute to decide. She even had an attitude when I asked for 2 dipping sauces even though she charged me for the extra one. Besides her, the rest of the experience was also equally as disappointing as her customer service “skills”. The shake I ordered wasn’t blended completely and I wouldn’t have noticed but it was handed to me dripping all over me and my brand new vehicle. Trying to clean the mess, I was handed my food and thanked so I drove away… without them giving me my beverage. I got home to eat my food and the ranch that I was charged for was a third of the way full.
Blizzard was like soup when handed to me.
As much as I love DQ, I was given this blizzard tonight. At first I thought they gave me someone else’s order. The blizzard was very runny and did not have the right consistency. I ended up asking them to make me a new one. Here’s my picture for reference. This was taken right after the gentleman handed it to me. ??
They've always been friendly & courteous each time I've been there & their food has great flavor.
Been going to this location for years and they have never messed up my order.

Very good food, had a chicken sandwich if some sort. Stuff was very good. As per the ice cream, amazing as always.

Line was backed up to the street. Got through so fast. It’s Dairy Queen, food is good. Very friendly and went out of their way anyway they could to make it a great experience.
