I dine in waited 15 minutes for my order my French fries set on the tray 15 minutes waiting for sandwich to get made they was ice cold the guy making the sandwich ran around like chicken with his head cut off and smoke was coming off the boiler going inside the building as much it was going to outside that place sure be should closed and torn down
So first off garbage all over the stores floors dirty tables everywhere and we are only customers here one lady in the kitchen brought her kids to work they running around being noisy it’s pretty unprofessional these kids running around store while mom is screaming from the kitchen at them never returning to this location
The place is a mess the tables haven't been wiped down ketchup on the tables and straw wrapper today. I place my order 77 she calls 71 so I wait there was one other person here before me then they call 78 and I'm like OK and the drive thru is just moving. So more customers come in and they skipped my order. And I herd her give 78 my burger. They got boxes on the counter. Chocolate leaking from the broke ice cream. The place is just a joke, sad thing is its not a force of young high school kids messing up but 30 yr Olds and 20 yr Olds. I can't wait to see how the Convid school kids do in the future. ... oh I have to go up to the counter and ask what's up bro, and I ordered onion rings and they had no zesty sauce its in a box somewhere on the counter. My last 2 visits weren't that great. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there.
The meals were always fresh and delicious. However, the other night I walked across the street from my hotel to eat. What upset me was that the Assistant manager wouldn't serve me as a walkup through the drive-thru, even though the dine-in area was closed and there was no other way to order food. For this reason, I rate THIS Burger King a 2 of 5 Starz.
Stopped by for a quick bite. Everything delivered as expected. Facility is clean.
Charged while promotion was 2 for 6 4 burgers 25 bucks took 20 min cold and bad taste in my mouth
I am very sad with the service I've had the last few times I tried to stomach eating from this location. I worked at this location years ago and it has gone so downhill. Food is always cold no matter what you order and if they forget an item they do not apologize or thank you for being kind, in fact they don't say anything at all. I am leaving this review because I know they can do better.
Good sandwiches at a decent price
This burger King isn't the best, the food was cold and when we went back to request fresh food, they forgot to bring it out to us.
We were the only people there. They messed up our entire order! Had to remind them to get our breakfast sandwiches … croissants weren’t fully cooked. Order a whopper and got a nasty spicy chicken sandwich! Fries were so salty my 1 year old weren’t eat them…. She eats dirt!!! Do better!!
