Went to Applebee's down the road from The Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Clinton Iowa where we were staying this past Saturday evening. The food is still as amazing as it used to be in mine and my husbands opinions. Yes it is kind of pricey unlike what it was when there was still an Applebee's in my hometown of Sterling Illinois. It was about $47 for two of us to eat. We received a free ticket to the new Top Gun: Maverick movie though which was cool!
*****Let me start by saying our family eats at this location a lot so this definitely was not our first visit but it was the BEST by far*****. Must have hired a new cook because the food last night (April 22nd) was AMAZING. Everything was done to perfection, and the flavor was perfect. Our waitress was also great. She always had refills on the table before our drinks were gone (it was a very busy Friday night) and she was super friendly. Great job guys we will definitely keep coming back.
We celebrated our 2nd anniversary early by going here. Have to say that enjoy every last bite down to the brownie bites. My husband is not a huge fan of steak but today a nice med rare for him and well done for me. The waitress, joanne was super nice. Always to ask if everything was okay. Made the dining experience very terrific. Thank you so much.
I was out of town for work and went out with some colleagues. We had better service than other Applebee's near home. Food was good and my steak was cooked perfectly. The waitress was friendly.
It's a good location, has entrance on two different sides and a large parking lot.The bar looked clean as well as the tableware and glasses. This may seem like something strange to notice but the ice for the drinks were very clear.Staff seems happy to be there which is always a plus when dining out.

Food was good but steak was severely undercooked and had to be sent back. Server was great!
Our waitress and waiter (He was in training) were awesome. The food on the other hand was not good it was burnt. For $70 you would think our food would be fabulous. Will not be back:(
