Place was busy. Had a rude customer ahead of us. Young lady at the counter did not get flustered. She was very courteous. Replaced our fries that had set for awhile. Food was fresh. Got more busy after us. She continually did more than her fair share.

Doors were locked, had to use drive thru. Large fries container wasn't even half full, ordered a plain burger and it was plain except for a ridiculous amount of mayo, so much that it was all over inside of the bag and fry container. Felt like someone was angry when they made my order. Feels like i paid $12 for a $2 meal/service. Might go back next year and see if they have better management.

Was 3rd in line, drive through, sat for 10 min. Asked the gal in front if she had ordered… nope.seen some dude looking out the window as 3 more vehicles pull up behind me.Damn used to love Wendy’s, kinda glad they are closing.Glad Burger King was open.

This location needs new management, training, and employees. At 12:30 pm today, I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, the line never moved, so I decided to go in. They had 5 people behind the counter all looking confused. A lady came in to get her strawberry frosty but one of the employees said that the strawberry frosty wasn't ready. When the customer asked when the frosty would be ready, the employee literally said, "I don't know," and turned her back to the customer. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes. An employee asked if I was there to pick up an order. I told her, "No, but to make an order." She said okay and walked away. I stood there awhile longer, waiting for my order to be taken. No one helped me so I walked out and drove to the Wendy's on Center Point, which had MUCH better service.

(5/30/22) Intercom needs to be fixed, had to repeat both our orders. I paid almost 12 dollars for a medium son of baconator meal..definitely not worth the price, sandwich was the size of a value meal sandwich. Had to ask for our drink/frosty because the person forgot. My boyfriend substituted his drink for a frosty that was only 3/4 full and his sandwich (which he had asked for no ketchup on) had ketchup on it. Waste of money.

There service sucks. There was only one car ahead me and i waited 30 min just to order. And the best part is being the only two cars there in that 30 min the first car was still waiting to order. So i left took my money elsewhere. Every time i go there you have to wait forever for no reason. Like i get being short staffed but i think people can handle two cars when they are the only customers in line. You guys loose so much business because of it.

Took them forever to answer the drive thru and they were not busy at all. Kept repeating order back and did not give the correct Jr. bacon cheeseburger. Way too much must, like way too much. Fries were NOT hot not crispy. I love my Wendy's fries when they are done correct. Had to get to a baseball game, so wasn't possible to go back and try to get rectified.

Went to the drive thru. Got home and found our soda's were flat. The fries and cheese burgers were greasy and diguisting. The buns were greased but not toasted.Our burgers had no lettuce, tomatos nor onions Will never go to Wendy's again. Freshness must not be on the menu anymore.

Lobby is still not open drive through was horrendous. Ordered the classic honeys two of them requested extra sauce. Made a payment they didn't want to provide the receipt I know why. They added a dollar per chicken for sauce. At drive-thru where I got my food I said this thing better have plenty of sauce he says it does. I believe that was Brandon. I called in spoke to the manager on duty Brandon and he said it did have extra sauce I have pictures he said he didn't like the way I was talking to him. I said I'll just deal with corporate

Really appreciate the friendly service and attention to detail. I've never had my order messed up here. It's always hot, fresh and accurate.
