Don’t ever use this location…29 minutes trapped in the Drive thru; enough said!!!?
It would be nice if it were open at 6:30. i've stopped at this location 3 time and they were not open yet
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our food was hot and fresh.
Unfortunately the service was slow. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and it took us almost 20 mins sitting there waiting. It may have been a few customers with bigger orders but when we pulled up to the window the employees were nice for the most part but they definitely forgot to give us a few things we had asked for like salt and ketchup which happens just about every time we have been there. It was good though, not sloppy and thrown together which almost made the wait completely worth it. It was also hot and fresh.
I stopped for a chocolate frosty. The drive through was slow, but when I got up to the window to pay, the staff there were still very courteous.Because of their good customer service I will continue to stop here for delicious chocolate frostys.
They cut their hours back to 8pm without any explanation when I asked. They are frequently out of Frosties when I go there. My sandwich was 100% cold the last few visits and the fries were cold all but one time. I won't go there again.

The mobile application for the Dave's Single did not work well. And there was no one at this location that was willing or able to assist. After trying various procedures it did get one ordered but it ended up at another location
Fairly quick drive the @ 5:15 pm. Love the chic. Shake & baconator fries
I'm putting one star but it doesn't even deserve one star. I went in tonight with my kids to get them something quick before a 30 minute drive home, I ordered at 6:39 just a simple order 1 cheese burger 1 double stack 6 piece nuggets and 2 small fries it was almost 7 pm and still nothing 7 ppl working and they seemed lost,fooling around talking and I said listen what is taking so long, they said I don't know ? at that point I said I want my money back please, the supervisor there threw the buns on the table and got all ghetto on me, said she couldn't give me a refund and talk to me so disrespectful, I was so embarrassed my kids were traumatized I was so polite and just said I waited enough I just Want my money back, worst experience ever I will never go back their again, so disappointed ?
