They don't have enough staff so service is a bit slow. Their hiring tho. They also got my order wrong and forgot my drink.
I was helped promptly and politely at this Wendy's. The interior has a fantastic, fun, classy vibe to it, with a T.V. and lounge area to relax and wait for your food in comfort. I recommend this Wendy's.
This location on 42nd Street NE has been having chronic issues with staffing for years now. The food isn't hot. It takes too long to get you order, the ice cream machine is down a lot to get a Frosty when it's hot out. They don't turn their signs on and close at pm. I was disappointed with my last visit there again with everything in order.
The food is still good, but they need to put up signs saying only the drive-thru is open. I watched at least three people try the doors while we were in the drive-thru line after we found the doors locked.
Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to and the food and service garbage on top that. I honestly don't know how this location is still open. I've ordered a pizza and got it faster than this.
My experience was ok. I just went in for a Frosty and a pop. It was about 11 am and it was very dirty inside. I got my item but was left feeling a little uneasy about the cleanliness. Dirty tables, chairs, fingerprints all over door and pop machine and counters. The floors were dirty and my shoes were sticking to the floor, so were another customers so i knew it wasnt just me. I just was disappointed because it is not the standards the store used to have.
There's never any freakin chilli here! Last 3 times I came here I had to go to another Wendys. I wont use this location again.
I stopped by last week around 5. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to speak on the intercom. I heard laughter and talking in the backroom and the guy said he couldn't hear me about 3 times. After I finally said a burger and my drink, he immediately cut me off and gave me the amount. I wasn't finished with my order.I rolled around to the pay window and no one was there, but my bag of food sat right inside with my drink. After another 5 minutes, the kid came up and it took him 3 times to look up at the order screen and then back to my food before he finally handed it to me. After the long wait, my burger was incredibly cold.I realize they are underpaid and young, but the least they could do is actually give people their food so it's not frozen. I won't be going there ever again.
Staff was the rudest that I have experienced in a long time. After sitting in drive through for 20 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon .We got our 4 Burgers and 2 fries all shoved in to one bag. Drove 2 miles down the road and realized they did not give us one of our sandwiches.I called them and they were accusing me of living to them and refused to replace the sandwich.Are you serious.
Place is disgusting. Mold on the ketchup pumps and soda machine. Grill had inches of grease and old food pilled up on it. Staff on backline cooking with no hat or gloves in dirty street clothes. All of them eating food while making people's food. Manager cussing and yelling on front line. Place needs shut down. Worst wendys in town.
