Very awkward to enter the restaurant only to be escorted out of it, into the grocery store, to order at a counter and then have to go back into the restaurant. It made us feel rushed. As it was our first time there we weren't sure what we wanted and it would've been nicer to have more time to look over the menu. We decided on appetizers - pretzel bites and chicken egg rolls. Both were okay. Not amazing but not terrible. The egg rolls were a bit more greasy than I'm used to. I feel like it's all priced like a nice but casual sit down restaurant, but it doesn't feel like that at all after the whole ordering fiasco and not having waitstaff do anything more than drop food off and disappear. They have small signs saying which tables are sanitized between guests and despite ours being marked as such there was partially dried syrup on it which i found when my sleeve literally stuck to the table. With the great amount of near by restaurants to choose from we'll probably select somewhere else from now on as it just felt off somehow and wasn't really spectacular.

Aisles online at this store is terrible! Got home and going through the groceries we find 16 items missing. They never answered my phone call when I called customer service so my husband had to go back into town to the store. The aisles online people didn’t even come talk to us they had the service desk do it, the guy at the service desk was nice and obviously it wasn’t his fault. We were told the order was “complete” in their eyes so we could either get credit or shop the items ourselves. That defeats the purpose of convenience for aisles online shopping. The customer service(not including Nick)of the aisles online was horrible and poorly handled the situation. We’re supposed to trust all the groceries we are charged for are put in our car, but when we get home and are missing 10+ items we were charged for that’s a problem.

I've had the plus perks membership two years now. Here's my experience: 1st order, great! everything was there. 2nd order, forgor 30 dollars worth of meat at the store. ok? thwy refunded it and i had to go to the store to get it. 3rd order, allowed substitutions... substituted things with NOTHING similar! Went into the store and the things were there! 4th order, no receipt. i dont know if/what I was missing that I paid for. 5th order, left my alchohol, bread and buns at thw store. They send a driver with the alcohol. Wheres the bread? whoops theyll refund it. now i have yo go to the store to get it. 6th order hey! we got this one right! 7th order, today, im asleep when they ask about subs. ok order is complete without them... wait can we please get this sub? too late processed. ok we have covid my kids really just need ice cream. sorry. the best we can do is send them and scan your card with the driver. I HAVE COVID! yeah... ffs. im on the phone with you Jenna... cant offer to take the card over the phone??? So now i am going to the store WITH COVID because other things on the list. MILK! I'll do my best to keep other shoppers safe but this has been a huge waste of money and im floored by Jenna and her lack of attempts to have to stop FIXING THE PROBLEMS and ability to make things right the first time

Had breakfast here once it was good, just tried to grab a bite to eat there and after half an hour they stated they were just waiting on one thing 10 minutes later you could see that on the video in the kitchen the order was just being started kitchen is completely unmanaged for dinner there were maybe four tables with people when we sat down...

The food is wonderful, the service was not as great. We came in thru the Store entrance, and ordered out there too. Took a while to get someone out there to take the order, she needs more help using the system. We then go in to be seated, and got ignored by everyone, guess it was because we ordered already. We ordered appetizers with our food, they never showed up. We had plenty of time to check out the restaurant, when the food came out we finally got to talk to some folks. They didn't know anything about our appetizers, they showed up halfway thru our meal, no explanation or anything given to us, they were just placed in the middle of the table.One good thing, we learned while waiting, is kids eat free, anytime.Just be careful, and ready to wait, the food might be worth the wait.

What a joke! Place a appetizer order then place meal order 3 minutes later at 3pm with hardly anybody in the place and they say it’s going to be 45 minutes for a hamburger. I could bring up some other strange issues but this place is dead before they even get started.

Walked in sign said"wait for server to seat you" we wait and stand and finally told we need to go out into hyvee to place our order.Came back no one to seat us so found a booth.Ordered hamburgers extra well done. Ordered chili with crackers. Long wait, both burgers very pink, mine extra extra pink, waited forever to find a server. They took mine back. Finally they bring out the chili, no crackers, she said she'd bring crackers when she could find them. The chili was cold, neverb piggyback any crackers, she finally brought back the hamburger.Noapologyfor the error, nor wait time but ibrought tohetattentionthat I still don't have crackers or aspirin. Herresonse was well weareshorthanded , only two books, and the spoons are over there. Attitude was infull view. I said , I am telling you this so you can immprove if i don't tell you how will you know what to fix? She just said so you don't want this chili, isaidno, it's dried, cold and I still don't havecrackers oraspoon. She said will let themanagetl owand grabbed the chili. Didn't get any offerfrombat forwnotherbeer soi guessimstill wondering why they gave me thebillwhen ifirsyordetefwitha place for a tip. To do what? this was awful!!!

For some reason this place gets a bad rep but I think it’s phenomenal. Some of the best genuine bartending you’ll find in CR, not to mention an UNBEATABLE happy hour, that doubles down with points you can earn through the wahlburgers app. You can then use these rewards for FREE FOOD!!I like to try out the specials to get even more bang for my buck, this was one of them. Was delicious. Big fan of the wahlapeno burger as well!

Come Tuesday 6-8 for an awesome trivia night. The burgers are always great. The pay station is and always has been a mess.
