The service is good. Cash bar, quick turn around. The bartenders were kind and good at what they do. Thank you for that!My only issue was with the skinny girl running the karaoke. She was extremely rude to me and was saying that I was trying to sing out of turn? I honestly didn’t understand what she was talking about. She was happy to talk down to me to explain it. Apparently if you sign up under your full first name and then about 20 people and an hour and a half later under the shortened version of your name that is not okay? It was an honest mistake and I was offended that she automatically assumed I was being dishonest. I am fairly new to karaoke and do not know the "rules." I hope running karaoke works out for her, because she clearly has zero customer service skills and a rude personality.
The hot wings taste like a filipino food, they karaoke, and having fun dancing lastnight, a place to go for night out.
So disappointing. Not only is this as “cash only” bar, but we walked in and there was a great crowd so we thought it would be fun, but the karaoke DJ was more interested in just playing music than letting people sing. If you’re gonna do karaoke let people sing, don’t just DJ. Pick another night than that. Not on “karaoke night.” Get a better DJ. Waste of time.

It was fine. Respectable. "Social crowd" seems to be people that enter and remained entwined only with the person/people they came with (or staff they've come very familiar with.) A good lounge to meet a business colleague or entrepreneur for relaxed "commercial chat" and/or celebration --- OR a Family Member for relaxation and domestic discussions.Yet, surprisingly, the bartenders and waitresses (esp. Lilly) were extremely kind, respectful, and VERY quick with service to ALL requests from the kitchen AND the bar. (*Note: the food IS fresh, hot, & very good.)
We went to the Viking Lounge for karaoke. The karaoke was very busy. He had like 25 people in the rotation. I didn't understand why he would put dance music up with so many people wanting to sing. The food was good. We had pizza.
