Food is delicious unfortunately this is the second time I’ve ordered the lamb Gyro which was delivered with very little to Tzatziki sauce. Almost like there was a shortage of sauce. Delicious but dry a little tzatziki sauce was spread lightly on my Gyro. Maybe it’s just me but to me what makes a Gyro is it to tzatziki sauce on this wonderful delicious meat.
One of the greatest, most friendly dining experiences ive ever had in Iowa. Sincerely recommend!

Service was good. Beer was cold. Other customers looked very young, music was to load. Thought for a small neighborhood bar it would have been a great place to stop after work to have a quiet beer.

Decent clean place with decent food. The staff is great. The tenderloin tasted more like a chicken fried steak than a tenderloin but was still decent.

I love the wonderful salmon and the grilled chicken salads. In fact the whole menu has fantastic foods.Very friendly atmosphere and the people whom work there are very pleasant. I highly recommend Vernons Bar and Grill
