Fresh veggies...mmmmm. Tender tasty chicken, the best baked potato in town and marvelous service.

Very popular steakhouse. We went on Friday evening around 5 PM, just in time to beat the dinner rush but it was still packed. We both had the prime rib 1 rare, 1 medium rare both were perfectly cooked.Server was prompt, well mannered. She tended to our every need and desire with no issues at all. Highly recommend this place.

OH MAN!!! I cannot tell you how happy I was to sit down in the A/C and start in on a GREAT meal! I went in about 8pm on a Tuesday. There were several people enjoying their meals when I arrived. I was pleasantly greeted and seated in a few minutes. My server was very prompt and courteous. She had my drinks and salad out soon after I had ordered. Then she brought out an awesome 8oz sirloin steak ?! WOW! It was cooked exactly ? like I had asked. It tasted SO good! My drink was never empty. It wasn't too noisy for me either (which I can be picky at times). The meal price was very reasonable. I can't encourage you enough to go have a great sit down meal at Texas Roadhouse. You won't be disappointed. You absolutely have to go!

Went on Father's day which is probably not ideal. Felt like I was in the covid cave. But everything was literally perfect particularly our server she was incredibly efficient and productive. And pretty. The people who made reservations were perfectly kind and helpful.. did I say the food was good. Well it was

I have never had a bad meal or experience at Texas Roadhouse. The 10.99 early bird special is one of the best deals around. You have several meal options for that price. I always get the 6oz sirloin with 2 sides. It's more than I can eat. You get endless rolls with sweet cinnamon butter. I opted for a baked potato, they always taste fresh. A huge salad with tomatoes, boiled eggs and croutons, delicious ranch dressing. The steak tender, juicy and cooked exactly as ordered . Thank you Texas Roadhouse! ?

My wife @charitycecak and I ordered from there today. We were told the order would be completed 07:30 pm. I arrived and went to the window they told me my food wasn't ready and they would text me when it was done. I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time to get my order. As I was walking up to the window she must have been just grabbing it. She handed me my order with no apology for the lateness. I let it slide because I was under the impression I would at least have hot food; however, the food was lukewarm at best. My wife's brownie was almost as a rock and the rolls didn't even seem like they were cooked fully. That's just some of the issues I had this time around. It was one of my worse dining experiences ever.

Our server Payson was excellent. We were a party of 19, and he did an amazing job. we joked with him, and he dished it right back. Great personality, and efficient.

They mixed up the prime rib sandwich with a pulled pork sandwich and when the manager came out with the the prime rib sandwich, I asked him do you have prime rib sandwiches every Wednesday, he said, they had lots of prime rib left over from the night before and that is why it was Tuesday's special. The prime rib was not that good. It tasted old. Also, in the salt shaker, it appeared to have a dead black bug in it.

Just returned home from one of the saddest restaurant experiences we have had in many years. We chose to sit at the bar as there were just the two of us. There were three young gals working the bar, all their first names begin with K. No smiles, very little engagement, not sure about how they have been trained to pour beer because I have been a bartender for over 10 years and I would have been fired for the amount of beer they put down the drain in foam!We ordered steak and salmon. The steak was ordered as well done not burned. The salmon was ordered with vegetables. The steak came very bloody with soggy looking day old fries, and the vegetables were broccoli with carrots. The carrots were likely just defrosted and placed in a bowl, so hard I couldn't get a fork in them. The steak was sent back and returned to us as a black mass with burn flakes brushed off with a fork. When this was brought to the woman's attention (I think she was a manager but it is hard to know since she didn't offer an apology or her name/position at the restaurant.) she said, "Oh, don't you want it then?" Really what business management training provides that as a way to keep customers? When one of the bartenders took my glass for a refill of iced tea she had a glass from another customer in her hand. She proceeded to fill my tea glass while it was touching the side of the other woman's glass. Followed this with filling the other woman's glass of something. Why would I want to drink any more tea? I don't know the woman and I really don't want to drink her germs also. Again, what training do these people get?In the past we have visited this Texas Roadhouse multiple times in a month. The last time we were there we saw the manager who is a very helpful gentleman who circulates and interacts with customers. Where was this woman tonight?? We will not be returning nor will we offer any good recommendations to our family and friends. This was so far from acceptable. Yes, they took the cost of the steak off our bill, but the bartender said "oh" when she asked me if I wanted the vegetables as she was clearing our plates. The number of restaurants having challenges hiring people is a struggle I am aware of, but the customer service is the breaking point. We totally understand if service takes a bit longer but when the workers blatantly disregard your concerns and food issues, why would we return? Good luck to them. :(

Food was good, server was terrible. We talked to the manager and he said the server was new so we gave them a break. But I highly recommend training servers on what to say and what to do in various situations. My husband's steak was room temp so sent it back. She didn't apologize and acted rather like she suspected us of lying about it. I didn't get my horseradish that I asked for and when I asked again she didn't bring it back until my husband's steak was ready which took about 10 mins. I was half way done with my prime rib by then. She took our payment and said thank you and walked away! My husband yelled that he wanted his change and she acted very peeved off. We have been here many, many times and had great food every time. But service needs some training.
