I placed an online order a few minutes ahead of time and ate inside. The food was ready right as I came into the store. Hands down the cleanest Tacobell I’ve been in- and I’m no stranger to them. Floors were clean, tables were all cleaned off and ready for customers. Staff was kind, and bathrooms were clean. The portions were plentiful, unlike some other locations. Very impressed :)

I've waited in the drive thru line several different times for over 30mins. I think this location is severely understaffed. There's been at least 2 times, when I've gotten to the menu; I was informed there'll be an hour wait... And I was already waiting prior. If the line is already long, I highly recommend going to a different location as you may need to wait an hour+

I only eat Taco Bell after a night of drinking. Lol. Just being honest. But the food was good, hit the spot and the service was fast and friendly.

Food is edible, food is cheap, it's a pretty standard Taco Bell in that regard. However, if you don't have four wheels with you, they'll likely refuse service. They close the dining room early, and refuse service for motorcycles and bicycles. Presumably they have a contract with local gas stations to refuse service to pedestrians and bike riders or something. What's really disappointing is that I was told once that they have no reason to turn bikes away, then was refused service (after I paid) and told to go refund it on the app about a week later. Apparently management has terrible communication with the actual workers. Please, change this silly policy, or at least communicate with the workers. If you're going to close the dining room early, at least let bikes use the drive through. It's not more dangerous, bikes are less likely to damage anything, and the workers don't have to reach out as far from the window. Oh, and bikes aren't sitting there burning gasoline as they wait.

Went here tonight the service was good, but I over paid for my food once again. I always order extra steak in my food, but I never receive it but I’m always charged. It’s not about the money at this point I get everywhere short staff but give people what they paid for. I been to this location several times it’s always the same this extra rice extra steak not suppose to look like this.

Sign on road say dining room is open but I was not allowed to order because dineing room was closed and I don't have a car to order drive thru

Food was good as usual, but they started doing the drive thru differently a while back. They only take your order once the person ahead of you has been served their order. Timewise the wait is probably the same. Psychologically though it's torture. Waiting to place your order makes one feel ignored.

The lady with the short hair & glasses who works late nights is super rude when you ask a simple question. When you come to the drive thru speaker you can tell she has an attitude instantly from her voice then when you get up to the window it’s 30 times worse of attitude.

Went to this location on 4/26/22 @1:30am and sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes only to here the employees making noises over the headset and proceeding to laugh instead of responding to a paying customer. Highly dissatisfied with location

I admit that I understand that it's close to closing time and everyone working just wants to go home, and they were slightly busy, but come on. We got a party pack, and they didn't even put it in a box, and literally just threw everything in the bag. Online, you're able to order refried beans on the tacos, and i went through the drive thru and ordered it with beans on the tacos, and they said they can't do that, when it's been done before at the normal one I go to. I also ordered nacho fries, and they forgot them. I'm not too upset about the fries, or them not being put in the proper box, I'm upset cause of the order handling. I've worked in fast food before and I understand, but order handling is important cause someone pays money for it. If I didn't pick it up the right way, the food would've fallen out everywhere. Also ordered my crunchwraps with jalapeños, and none of them had jalapeños.Also pretty sure crunchwraps aren't supposed to be this empty. It's like all I'm eating is sourcream wrapped in a tortilla.
