Why does everyone expect a tip just for going though a drive-thru?. I guess we didn't give enough. No silverware for our Mac n cheese
Ordered the 2 meat meal- with 4 bones ribs, sausage link, macaroni, baked beans, and a sweet tea. The best part of the meal was the baked beans! The macaroni was mediocre, as well as the sausage links. The ribs were decent, just feel like it'll taste better covered in their BBQ sauce instead of naked ribs. Oh and the tea was pretty basic, i'll probably eat here again just not often. The service was fast and friendly.
Our work team stopped here for lunch on the way through Cedar Rapids. Super friendly and helpful staff! We had brisket, pulled pork and several side options that were all tender and moist - no dry BBQ here! Highly recommend!
I always enjoy good BBQ!This place has several types of sauces to add to the flavor of your meat of choice.I ordered some beef brisket and pulled pork and didn't get the level of quality I usually expect.It was dry and a little fatty for my taste.This restaurant is usually amazing, but I have to be truthful in my reviews.Please give them a chance as they will most certainly be above your expectations!
Got carry out from here and it was much better than I had expected. We got the big meat platter with coleslaw and broccoli bacon salad. Everything was great- my favorite was the pulled pork and smoked turkey. Staff was very prompt in greeting me and polite. Would definitely come here again

Drink machine dosent have any name brands but tastes great nonetheless. Even has a section to add more syrup of different flavors. Indoor and outdoor seating, overall really good place to go if you don't mind getting a little messy.

We stopped at Sugarfire for take out on a Monday evening at roughly 5pm. This was our first experience with this place. The staff was friendly and fast. The gal took my order for two "plates", this is a combo with a drink. There is no discount for not taking the drink. I'm sure there might be a basket without a drink, but the gal did not attempt to point anything out. The brisket had a good flavor but is primarily just fat. The pulled pork also had a good smoky flavor, slightly dry, but that's not necessarily a deal breaker. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it sat under a lamp for hours. I hope not. I was there at the beginning of dinner hour, it should have been fresh. The fries were great...too salty for me...but lots of flavor. The potato salad was NOT good. It was basically just cold potatoes and celery with zero flavor. This fast food order for 2 people had a steep $32 price tag and most of the food was tossed out. Sadly we were very disappointed and will not be returning to Sugarfire.

Love this place! We went about 30 minutes before closing and they still accommodated our four person order! I love their selection of sauces and the staff are always helpful in choosing if you're a new customer! The restaurant is always clean when we go and the food is always fantastic!
