I understand getting burnt out or facing a short staffing problem but this store has went extremely downhill. The staff used to be very nice and kind. Now they are rude and make customers feel stupid. Only way my sister could think of to describe the girl today is she had her septum pierced. She informed my sister that they were out of coconut milk. My sister was getting the drink for me that I ordered on the app. My sister doesn’t usually drink that drink so didn’t know what I would want had a substitute so she asked the girl if she knew what would taste similar. She apparently didn’t know and just shrugged at my sister instead of talking to her like a human being, gave my sister a dirty look, and shut the window on her when she was trying to call me. Didn’t even inform her what they ended up doing for the replacement and handed her them.
In depth for corporate.I'd originally given this location a 5 star review based on customer service... But they've had turnover (who hasn't??) and while the customer facing, people smiling at you is still good... Taking orders in a timely fashion is not a strong suit. Neither is getting them right. My drink is almost $11 most of the time, or a buck less if I get one less shot of espresso - and I've gotten the wrong espresso every time, my son's order is often wrong in some way which - as of RIGHT NOW - makes me very worried as to whether or not they're making it decalf or not if they can't pull my shots right? I understand that errors happen. I didn't change my review the first, second, third times it happened.I still haven't complained in person - because Starbucks treats complaints like, "oh, sorry." anymore and not with their old level of care for their customer satisfaction. I'll just not go to this one anymore. I'll only occasionally go to the one on Williams SW because Sarah and Dustin know my drink, know me, and always get it right... But otherwise? I'll just go to scooters, I guess.
Usually I like this store but today not only were they super slow but I was incredibly disappointed in my drink. I ordered on the app and when I finally got to the window and was handed my drink it was super short, had barely any ice in it, and no whipped cream. Because the line took so long I didn't have time to go inside and ask why my drink was handed to me how it was.
Disappointed in the ours of the store. Goes through unpredictable stents of not being open. Service is great and staff is friendly, though hours are not predictable.
This store is never open except for drive-through. And it would be fine as long as they mentioned that on GoogleMap or on their own Starbucks app. But they do not update their own app nor GoogleMap, and so it always says it's open for in-store purchase when it is NEVER.Additionally they do not keep their hours normal, which makes it really difficult for us to know when the store is actually open.If the store is under-staffed, they should at least try to keep information up to date so that we customers can know that they are not providing normal services. This is a long review, and I hope that tells you how frustrated I am about this inconsistency, and I really hope they improve it as soon as possible.
I completely understand short staffing. I work in retail, I get it. But when you plan on CLOSING all day, multiple days in a row… I REALLLLLY think a sign would be beneficial to inform customers. I just watched 3 cars go around the drive through, and then I figured that the store is closed. Drove around just to confirm myself, and look for a sign that confirms that for me, and no sign. Not even on the drive through window. In fact, the door says that the drive through is OPEN, which is false. I love this starbucks, and go here often, they have amazing staff, when they’re there. It’s disappointing for the regulars who apparently don’t even deserve to know what’s going on. Fix this please, so you can at least let customers know and save their time from sitting at the drive through microphone. ??
Starbucks has always been expensive to me, especially when their stuff is not all that, but the service was good and my drink was delicious, they didn't have peppermint for me to try their new drink, so I missed out on that.
I love my Starbucks. I was disappointed today that it took 20 mins to place my order even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. They seemed very rushed when I received my drink, and they forgot to put the peppermint in my mocha. The staff was very nice however and my mocha still tasted great. I understand I may have just caught the tail end of a rush or a staffing shortage may be impacting this location. I will give them a chance another time.
I’ve had my drink order messed up here a handful of times. This morning I ordered a hot coffee and it was slightly colder than room temperature. I know they’re short staffed but after waiting 15 min it’s just disappointing that a $5 hot coffee wasn’t even hot.
The staff was great, no issue with them. The problem is at 9am on a Monday they were out of Bacon Gouda sandwiches and didn't have almond milk. An hour later (10:17am) they said they no longer have blonde roast made. At 10am, no longer making their roast of the day.I do not understand why people keep going to Starbucks.
