Drive through staff was so kind. Actually seemed to care about you as a person and took the time to talk to you while you were waiting on your coffee. My sister gets the coconut blender with an extra shot and I get a butterfinger blender with one shot (standard small is two shots) both excellent and yummy!

I don't go to this Scooters very often, but would like to as it's close to my work. However, today's experience has me thinking otherwise. In other Scooter's I ask for a large flavored coffee and I get a brewed coffee that is the flavor of the day, whether its hazelnut, caramel, or whatever. I don't really know the flavors anymore. All Scooters used to have the flavor of the day posted where customers could see it. That seems to be a thing of the past. Anyway. I asked the woman at the counter today for a large flavored coffee. She was very nice and polite, but she seemed confused as to what I wanted. I tried to explain that it's a brewed coffee but instead of light or dark roast, it has a little flavor to it. I'm not sure how else to describe a menu item to someone who works there, but I gave it a shot. What I was given was disgusting. I don't think there was any coffee it it. It tasted like someone warmed up some hazelnut syrup and dumped it into the cup. I would have asked if I could switch it out for something or maybe got a cup of coffee to mix with it or something, but I wasn't there long. Next time I will try to be more specific about what I want and if this Scooter's doesn't have the flavored brewed coffee, I will continue going to the Edgewood one. A lot of them know my order before I even ask.

I ordered a burrito and a small mocha, the.mocha was ok... I guess but not great and very expensive. Also the burrito was definitely not fresh. Very chewy. Even if it was fresh I dont think it would have tasted good.
