I have eaten at this place twice now and I am very impressed! I have only had the southwest spicy burger and both times was 10/10. I thought it was a chain but a friend told me they started as a food truck at newbo. Love that it’s local. Also the prices are VERY reasonable even with the out of control skyrocketing prices of everything. I haven’t had their fries but if it’s anything like the burger I am sure they’re great! Thank you!
Really sad to give this low rating but what a disappointment. The person taking the order looked very bored and like it was an effort to take our order. The food horrible! The other CR location is so much better. While this location is more convenient I won't go here again.
I got a steak sandwich. The bun was soggy with oil, and oil was dripping from the sandwich. I think the grilled peppers must have been cooked in an inch of oil, and someone must have poured the peppers AND OIL right onto the sandwich. My sister’s steak sandwich was exactly the same. There’s no way to get that much oil without literally pouring it on, and it happened to both of them! I gave up on trying to eat mine, because my need for a shower and a change of clothes overtook my hunger. There are lots of restaurants in that area, so you should definitely choose a different one. I wish there was a way to erase the awful experience.
AwfulDid not like my food at all.I ordered a Philly and it came unable to hold meat mushy and the onions and peppers were not cut well. No seasoning to it. Cheese sau e was bland. Do not recommend.......
The place is clean and the food came out quickly. That's it for positives.The employee we ordered with no idea what comes on any of the sandwiches. When the food came out, the person who brought it out didn't know what was what.The "fiery" mac and cheese was terrible, with small, hard elbow macaroni and a cheese sauce that was simultaneously thin and gritty. The patty melt wasn't much better: oversalted, on mushy thin buns (not rye bread), and slathered in some sauce that neither the employees nor menu mentioned.The cheese fries were probably pretty good while they were still hot, but unfortunately they were barely warm by the time they got to our table. My wife says the chicken salad sandwich was good.
This was my first time eating here and all I can say is 10 out of 10! The food was awesome and well priced, service was great and I will be back for sure!
Won't be going back! My daughter and I eat lunch there today. We sat down and then went to the bathroom for maybe 2 mins. We came back and they threw away our drink, silverware and our number was gone we were waiting for our food. The food was alright. The burger was soo greasy!!
We have never eaten at SF before tonight. We tried out the new Westdale location and it was absolutely horrible! We were the only people in the entire restaurant when we ordered and sat down. We sat there for at least 20 to 30 min watching several other people walk in, place to go orders and leave with food, while we still didn't have our order. Finally they came to our table and served us the wrong order. After taking it back up front we learned they served our food to a different table, and they were eating it, instead of telling them it was wrong. By this time the restaurant was full and we watched several other orders come out while we waited for them to remake ours. We sat there for at least an hour, before finally getting our food. By that time we were so irritated, we got boxes and just took it to go. They didn't even try to make it right! They just dumped the food off at our table and walked off. The food was terrible when we finally got home to try it! We will NEVER eat there again!!!
They could improve on not letting sexist people work there and not fire anyone for 1 no call no show but when in reality that person wasn't able to show up because of ride/family emergency and had no way to call because they ran out of phone time and no one would let them use there phone. and also they dont do anything about anything wont hire people who actually want to work and can work more than an hour or two unlike 90% of the 14 year olds working and they let minors post pictures of minors holding and pretending to drink beer. Yes there food was good but everything else could be improved alot.
