I have not been to Red Robin in a while. It was well worth dining there again. The food and the lunchtime service were top notch. I wish the onion rings were homemade and not frozen….but still ok. Excellent value fir the cost.
Bottomless sides are okay but you get small portions each round. I'd normally rate this higher, the food is decent, but your typical burger is 14+ dollars and kids meals are 6+. For comparison, Chili's has a drink, entree, and appetizer for 12ish, kids meals are 5.75. The taste to cost ratio just isn't there for Red Robin anymore.
The food is good but every time we go to Red Robin for a promotion, they charge us regular price for the items that are supposed to be on sale. If we didn't check our receipts and tell them that they didn't give us the sale price, we would have paid full price. I don't know if they are doing this on purpose or not?
I had the whiskey bbq chicken wrap, it was good but I wish they had a Buffalo version. Fries were very hot but quite good. Wife had the chicken sandwich and said it was good.There was a mix up with my order, but it was fixed quickly.
We were getting together with our kids and grandkids for dinner after a long and difficult day as we had just laid my wife's Father to rest. We were told it would be about 40-45 minutes. We were good with that. They had us seated in about half that. That was just the beginning of a great dining experience. Our server, who had no idea what our day had been like, was kind and patient. She took our order and got us our drinks. When our food came out it was much quicker than expected. Everything was not only correct, it was hot and delicious. We were able to enjoy a great meal after a tough day. Thank you to everyone that took care of us, you have no idea how grateful I am.
Labor shortage like many other restaurants. We’re lucky with these generations that anyone shows up for work. When employees know that they can get another job at any moment because of supply and demand, it makes us appreciate the workers that do show up. Thank you Ashley. Thank you Lexi and thank all of you that came into work to provide customer service.
No lobby space, so waited in bar area that was not set up for service (at 6:45 PM on a Friday?), and was not attended in any way, even though two employees came beg and the bar to get soft drinks for themselves, and we were told that someone would be by to serve us "shortly". When we were seated, the menus, napkins, and forks were dropped on the table and the hostess kept on walking, without confirming if a booth was acceptable. Drink order wasn't taken for almost 10 minutes. We were allowed to move from the booth to a table, and waited to be acknowledged at the new location. Food order was taken before drinks were available, and when drinks were delivered, some were missing. The missing drink was not delivered until after appetizer was finished and entrees were delivered. Parts of entree orders were missed, and the server ran off before the missing items could be pointed out. There was no check back until after some entrees were completely finished, and drink refills had to be ordered multiple times. Side refills were delayed, and we had to call out for attention to even be able to make the request.. While it is understood that the shift was understaffed, the staff was clearly not talking to each other, either. Will not return of my own volition.
Food was good. Delivery was a joke. Left it at the wrong building so it was cold when we found it. They'd do better to have an in house Delivery as these Delivery companies don't care & you can't get ahold of them if you have any issues.............. Reply to owner...No I didn't. Why can't you do your own deliveries? I'd pay for a delivery from you instead of these delivery companies that do not hold their drivers responsible.I will not order from any establishments that use the 3rd party deliveries any more.
