Used to love this place. One sandwich purchased was French Dip. Ordered take out. Got home and the lid was not on tight to the au jou. Had spilled all over inside the bag. Thankfully plastic bag had no holes or would have been all over carseat. The other sandwich was soaked through and uneatable. The French dip soaked through and soggy bread as well. Threw entire meal away as unbeatable. Won't go back.
Always delicious and people are super friendly.
Been awhile since I stopped in. They had a new to me French dip that I tried this time. The sandwich was very good and the au jus tasted like they make it from scratch. Hoping they keep it on their regular menu.
I haven't been to many Quizno's so I don't have much to compare this to, but I was impressed. The young lady who took my order was very quick and professional. Unlike other sandwich shops, my sandwich had perfectly portioned ratios of ingredients. It wasn't messy or falling apart. It was quite delicious. This was a great experience and I will be back.
Pricier than Subway, but also much tastier. I go across town, past 2 Subways to go here because it’s that much better. Recommend!
Good sandwiches, friendly staff, short wait time.
Always great! Miss the garlic salt but from what I've heard that was corporate not allowing them to have it. Corporate is wrong on that call. Sandwiches and soup are excellent and staff is always friendly.
Unfortunately, I have reached out to Quiznos using the application and online contact but have not heard back from the location or corporate.Since this is the only Quiznos location in Eastern Iowa I decided to make the trip up to this location on November 6th 2021 at approximately 2:00 pm.The experience was horrible compared to my previous visit, as it was lunchtime they were busy and upon entering the store the tables were not cleaned and there was rubbish on the floor. When I finally got to the front of the line I order two Black Angus Steakhouse and asked if I could get no cheese and no mushrooms and if it would be possible to have it double toasted since I had driven over an hour and a half and enjoyed crunchy bread and for it to stay somewhat warm on the journey home. To which the employee told me “We don’t do that” and proceeded to put my sandwiches on the conveyor belt oven. I was not able to get a name since none of the employees were wearing name tags or a form of identification. While the employees were putting the cold ingredients on the person before me sandwiches I was listening and they too had ordered Black Angus sandwiches. When they had finished checking out they asked for two sides of Au Jus dipping sauce and were given them. Finally, when I got to the cold section for the toppings I asked for lettuce on my sandwiches and were told they were already wrapped. (I am sorry. What?) and did NOT receive lettuce or other toppings on my sandwiches and when I asked for a side of Au Jus I was charged for it but the people before were not? (I am not complaining about the people before me but if you are going to accurately charge customers it should be across the board and with each and everyone not picking and choosing who pays). When I did ask why I was being charged and wanted to talk to the Manager on Duty since they did not listen to any of my simple requests that a normal sandwich shoppe would do without hesitation? The young girl walked away from me to which I proceed with the payment and immediately left due to there being a line behind me and did not want to hold up the line. After I got home I discovered the sandwiches had not been double toasted, there was cheese and mushrooms on my sandwich and the wrong bread was used. Being I live a distance away I had to throw them away. Understandable I should have checked at the location but had to get back for prior obligations.I am very disappointed that neither corporate nor the shoppe itself have reached out to me in almost a week tomorrow after utilising their feedback tool online and on their application.
Staff was disorganized and rude. Sandwich was not made to order and staff would not correct. Restaurant was dirty. Please don't eat here
I live near a Subway but I always bypass it and prefer to drive the 15 minutes into town to the Blairs Ferry Quiznos. The sandwiches are so much better at Quiznos, in my opinion. The owner, Clint and his crew, are always on the ball providing fast and efficient service in a friendly manner. Bonus details: John always greets me with a genuine smile and a "Hi Dawn," while starting my order that he has memorized and I also love the Quiznos app where I get free sandwiches from time to time. Keep it up Clint! You run a great shop!
