Love there sandwich and nuggets at least you don.t have to pay for there sauce like some chicken places (Raising Canes)
I ordered 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy and a small iced tea.They gave me 3 wings and 1 SMALL thigh. There was hardly any mashed potatoes in the container and the gravy was disgusting . The coleslaw tasted like fish and pickles. The ONLY thing eatable was the iced teaWe won't EVER eat at a Popeyes again !!!! What a waste of $18.17.Highway robbery
I ordered my meal at 12:05 and it is now 12:53 I do not have my meal. I only came here for a frozen drink and the machine is broke. They had me pull all the way around the front of the building and park at the door. The picture im posting is where they told me to park to wait for my food.All I ordered was a chicken sandwich with no fries and no drink. I wouldn't eat here again if somebody paid for me and a family of 12 to eat for free. Actually it's been wonderful hour I've been sitting here now I don't actually know I'm ever going to get food.OK excellent news after an hour and and to be fair it's not been an hour it's been 56 minutes. Someone brought me out an order dropped it into my car window and said have a nice day. I said I had been waiting over an hour and I had tried to call the phone and no one answered and she said we don't answer the phone and walked away.I am very sure I'm being punked right now. This cannot possibly be happening. I'm waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me this is funny in some bizarre way. ? I mean I realize it takes a special kind of idiot to sit in a car and wait for food for this long but in my defense I did need to see how this was going to turn out.If your questioning if they care about their customers at all??? The answer is 100% no. I didn't even start to give attitude before the lady started walking away. 100% sure she's the manager since the whole place seems to opperate in backward speed.I'm 45 and I've never left a review anywhere before but this was customer service example number one of everything to do wrong. I will spend the rest of my life telling every single person I possibly can in as many words as I can how horrible Popeyes is!
Figured out the scam. Just an FYI to those that eat here.I would like a 5 piece tender meal. The menu price is 8.99 (so plus tax should be 9.60) get to the window. That will be 10.70!No, no it won't. 3 times in a row, I call them out and they magically upcharged the drink to a medium. They say ALL 3 TIMES: I accidentally rung that in as a medium. 3 times in a row, you ACCIDENTALLY rang it as the more expensive option?I don't want a medium. You sell coke products. I barely want the small.You need to ask your customers what size they want OR (heres a freaking thought) give the menu priced sizes and charge them what you are advertising for meals!!
Workers were fast and courteous. One worker was too fast, she spoke so fast without looking at me, I couldn't understand what she was saying, so.... slow down. Did was fresh and hot. Even though my order was repeated twice they still didn't charge for nuggets which I didn't get, but they did charge for red beans and rice but I also didn't get. Good to be fast, hot, and fresh, but better to be accurate. Would still return. Sure I could have got my items but we live across town and did not want the hassle.
WENT THERE FOR DINNER WITH MY WIFE AT 6 PM, HAD THE FOOD OF BEEN MADE FRESH WOULD OF BEEN BETTER. EVERYTHING WE ORDERED TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING UNDER A HEAT LAMP. DID GIVE US A HOT FRESH ORDER OF ? FRIES BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FOOD. WON'T GO BACK.
Food is very good and hot and fairly priced. The window staff is very professional and on task getting me whatever I ask as for sauces, water, salt and extra napkins. I wish the honey was real. I don't like the coleslaw and get mashed potatoes instead. I will be coming back when I am nearby at mealtime. Great job!
The Blairs ferry location was absolutely terrible. Waited 25 mins in the drive thru. Got my shrimp (supposed to be 1/4 lb), there were only 4 shrimps in my meal. Then 2 chicken tenders?. My husband's spicy chicken sandwiches were terrible, not spicy at all and the pickles we very weird. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!
This location just seems to be overwhelmed with orders so expect delays. That being said the orders do come out correct and the food is cooked well.
Ordered mashed potatoes and biscuits to be delivered because I have been sick and didn’t want to leave the house. The poor delivery driver was sent through the drive through 3 different times. He waited over 15 minutes for mashed potatoes and biscuits and two pops. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that I was speaking to the manager and I was treated very rudely. If you cannot service your customers then close the doors. I would understand if I ordered items that had to be cooked and a lot of them but everything I ordered is stuff that is pre-made. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this is just unacceptable to me so buyer beware. I won’t be sending any more business to this establishment.
