The 2 ladies that helped me with my app for a dinner from my employer last night, were patient with me & helped me.
Mediocre unpassionate service. Seemed that they didn't want to be bothered. Food was good though. But it's a no from me if I don't trust the people serving my food
Chicken was old and rubbery, didn't get any mac in my mac and cheese. Just got a large brown wad, maybe cheese, looked like the burnt bit at the bottom of a pan. They also apparently didn't know the difference between a combo and a platter...
Nasty! Food is not good. You be better off going to a Casey's. The service sucks. Not very friendly and of course they forget your sauce. About the only thing it has going for it is that it's warm. Biscuits are dry and hard. The bathroom was dirty and so was the lot. The soda was good and cold
I have been a Popeye's customer for many many years. I love their chicken (of course). I love all their sides, especially their red beans and rice! Their mashed potatoes and gravy are second to none!However, I was extremely disappointed when I visited this location. I had driven 300+ miles this day and was really excited to have a great Popeye's meal. I went inside to order. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I was greeted politely by the young man at the register.I started to tell him my order and when I was partially thru, he told me they did not have ANY mild chicken, at all. How can you not have mild chicken (at all) at 6pm on a Monday evening?! I was extremely disappointed. I will continue to patronize other Popeyes locations but never again will I go to this one.Hey, if nothing else, put up a sign! Please!Popeye's has GREAT food, but not going to buy here.
Horrible. I was here on the 4th. This crew is just horrible and needs to be re trained. The manager never came up to see what they were doing. Me and another customer waited damn near 1 hour for our order. This is unexpected
Drive thru experience. About average speed for fast food nowadays. Sandwich was better than expected.
Came for DoorDash order was told the order was going to be brought out called through DoorDash after waiting over 20 mins they were ignoring the DoorDash calls had to call from another number just to get an answer they were very rude and snobby because their employees at the drive thru window saying they’ll bring orders out knowing they’re not DO BETTER PLEASE
This happened a couple weeks back, I just forgot to post until now. We had ordered online waited 10 minutes and then arrived at the drive through like the order confirmation had said to do. I was told that I had to go inside and it would be another 10 minute wait. I waited 10 minutes in the car and went in. (20 minutes from order placement) I went inside to find one other person waiting for their food and that they had yet to start on mine. I was then told they would start it. I continued to wait and watch, there were 7 employees there 2 of which were on break and only 1 (who seemed to be the manager) truly working. I only mention this because it wasnt until around minute marker 40 that they had actually begun my order after they had to ask me for it again due to them losing my order and the two other online orders that had walked in after me. I didnt recieve my food in hand until minute marker 55. I was severely disappointed in the service and staff of this location.
