The tweaker lady at the register was more worried about sweeping by my pizza than cutting it on the counter. So I was already annoyed I went outside really fast to let my lady know they were about to cut it. Then it sat in the warmer for 10 minutes while the tweaker lady turned the radio up and jammed out ignoring me. Lol then the cook came out and literally ignored me. I already paid but was tired of waiting so I just left.
I called to use a credit from my previous order, the woman on the phone was very understanding and kind. I've had good experiences at this store - so much so I felt I should leave a review, which I've never done before. Highly recommended ?
I ordered my pizza online it was very easy. I got the new Edge Pizza. I did the pickup, it was on time, and they were pleasant at the J Street Cedar Rapids Iowa location
just had an uncooked piza delivered to our hotel room. hungry after a day of driving and we get inedible food.
Ordered online and first off the online ordering was a fiasco to start with so we called the restaurant and thought we got it figured out but when the delivery driver arrived he only got out part of our order we asked about our drinks and he replied "I wondered who those went to" as if he's just driving around with product that he has no idea what goes where and the pizza was cold and dry as if they ran out of pizza sauce our 2 orders if cheese bread sticks were not with the order either and not even the 4 marinara sauces or the 4 garlic sauces either called the restaurant back and they said they would have the rest of our order out to us in about 12 minutes and as of 45 minutes still waiting on the rest of our order I honestly believe that when you charge a customer for a product and you don't deliver on the product that is theft of that customers money ok finally the rest of our order showed up 51 minutes after the final call
Favorite place for pizza especially when Franado makes the pizzas.never tasted better not to much and not to little. Perfect!!!
During dinner time of super bowl Sunday, we ordered stuffed crust pizza delivery. We received regular crust by mistake and when we called to let them know, they were so polite and sincerely apologized and immediately re made the pizza on stuffed crust and delivered it to us. Even though it was super bowl Sunday and they were likely very busy. The manager was so nice and said that when you pay for something you should get it the way you paid for and immediately rectified the issue.
We live in an apartment complex. On multiple occasions this location has taken our order to the wrong apartment and we end up not receiving our food because whoever they do take it to takes the order. We prepay with a card on the app so whoever they deliver it to doesn’t have to give them anything. So simply put, there’s no check or confirming process to know they are delivering it to the right person. Understandable once, but after the issue has already been reported to the manager it continues to happen. Would advise to order from a different location or different restaurant entirely.
Called in an order and spoke with Lee. He was very nice and polite. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
My pizza was cold and hard, other than that it was good. I've never had this problem with this one before. Always had hot food.
