Waited 25 minutes for two very small meals watched tables around us come in after us and get their food before us. Me and my 6 year old sat there never being checked on by our waitress then when the manager came out he acted like he had a problem with what I was saying. For the cost of their mediocre food the service should have been mind blowing. We will NEVER return!!!!
This location has the soda/water machines that have so many flavor combinations it is ridiculously awesome.I recommend to sign up for there rewards/email club as every Wednesday is a buy one get one free which helps out a ton on the pocket book.Fresh baked muffins and pies daily.You can get breakfast all day long if that is what you are looking for.It also has very reasonable prices depending on what you are ordering. I recommend the meatloaf personally!
Had a great omelet today. Table service by Sandra was super friendly. Everyone was kind and made me feel at home.
This waitress was very out of it today. Idk whT her personal life was causing but she was apologizing to all her customers for not getting most things correct. Also there was a man in the back with a green pick in his hair and had no hair net on. One can only wonder if he was grooming himself in the kitchen while our food was being prepared.
Went in to pick up my free birthday Magnificent Seven other day. Great experience. At first I was just going to get to go but then when I got there decided to order a coffee and eat inside. Good decision. I've loved the Mag7 for long time. Just enough to satisfy. Coffee good. Sandra, the manager, was very friendly and gave me a comp coffee to go! All the other staff also friendly and asked how the meal was not just the server. Cakes were tasty and fluffy :) bacon crispy but not overdone. Eggs were fine. Part of the rating is for the atmosphere and people.
We ordered delivery- 2 customized breakfast burgers and 2 kids breakfast. Food was tasty, but it was made wrong. It was not customized the way we had specified in our order. ☹
For the longest time I avoided this place as it could take as long as never to get someone to answer the phone but it usually takes 5+ minutes until they do.I started going here as I have a bank branch closer to this location so taking my food home it would still be fairly warm since the Coralville location hasn't reopened yet.Initially I was annoyed because their check in system isn't on ever and thus I don't get my check in credits. But recently they have been scamming me when it comes to my last 3 orders. When I give instructions they don't follow it and the management at this store is just completely worthless. The regular employees not in the back have a better attitude but refuse to even acknowledge you when you come in.
The staff was decent for opening time. I gave it 3 because they were out of so many things, but it was clean and had a nice comfortable atmosphere. The prices are much more acceptable in restaurant than ordering online to be sure.
The food was really good! BUT, the place was so dirty. There was food on the floor, under our table & where we were to sit. We had to clean off our seats before we could even sit down. We watched a woman wipe down a table by pushing all the crumbs/food on the seats & not clean the sitting area. We sat down at 10:35 am and didn't receive our food until 11:45.
Coffee carafe stuck to my hand, clean table had a spoon and jelly under it. Toilet in men's room looked like a turned over out house. Food was average. Stopped in on a road trip going back east.Dropped to 2 stars after eating. One biscuit was like it was made of cement could not cut thru it the other I could not bite thru but I could stretch it.
