We showed up at Pepper Jack's and stood by the counter, we were promptly ignored by all employees in plain sight for 10 minutes. The employees were doing menial tasks like sweeping and refill food while entirely ignoring us, giving us no indication of when they would help us or that we even existed. All with no other customers there too. We asked them if they could take our order otherwise we were leaving, and they said they'd be with us in a second. After 5 more minutes of that we left and are never coming back. Absolutely horrible service, the employees have no regard for their customers at all. Stay away from this place if you value your time and intend on actually being served food.
Was our first time at Pepper Jax so when we walked in we weren't sure what the protocol was, so we walked in front of the cash register. Stood there for about 5 minutes before one of the workers pointed to the front of the grill, so we went and stood there. Stood for another 5 minutes waiting for *anyone* to say *anything* to us until we said forget it and walked out. There was a dude sweeping behind the counter, could he really not have taken our order? Felt like a slap in the face waiting around for 10 minutes just to even be acknowledged by any staff.
Great food! Everybody I mention it to says they love it but can agree that it's too expensive for the quantity. Other than that it's clean and service is quick
Had an issue once but mgmt quickly made it right. There food has been excellent for me every other time and customer service top tier. I could only wish for more locations!
Used to be nice. Both workers working today were visibly high on something. Mumbling words and not being able to stand still without almost falling over. Threw food away. Didn’t look edible. Won’t be back again.
First time experience, went in to try it out. Didn’t have a clue what to do but the two workers there, Cailyn and Jeremiah, tremendously helped us out. Enjoyed the whole experience, overall top of the line food chain with two great employees!!!
Tried to look at the menu in line and the cook started bantering about what to order and just being noisy. I know it is supposed to be part of the atmosphere, but I would like time to decide since it was our first time there. Food was alright, but not going back anytime soon.
We both got salads, steak and shrimp, and the lettuce was old. Need to drain or use slotted spoons for tomatoes so as not to make the salads watery. Great service the lady was very friendly.
Overall it is a great place, but my last visit was a mess. The Philly cheesesteak is awesome!
The food was up to par. The employees were the absolute worst I've ever seen. First, they were all chatting and ignored me for a good 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence. Then they told me that it wasn't yet available but then found it 15 minutes later, sitting on the counter with other forgotten orders, so my food was cold. Because mine and 3 other orders were mixed up, they fought me on what I bought and wanted to refuse what I purchased bc they gave it to someone else. I normally tip even when service is bad. But they didn't get an extra dime.
