Friendly service, easy access off the highway, and fast with pizza in about 10 minutes.
Poor customer service was told that my pizza was going to be delivered told me that my pizza was sitting there waiting yes I was told that they were shortstaffed but a simple phone call would’ve made a big difference instead they make you wait until the stores closed so that they don’t have to hear your phone calls anymore or talk to you I had to call in the next day to ask them about it and all they wanted to do was give me a refund and I still and I have no refund and this was last week Monday when I called
The pizza was excellent Tonight. We also got the cheese bread and garlic sticks.
They do the best job they can even when understaffed. What other pizza delivery guy would walk half way down my block to deliver my pizza while police have my house blocked off because of a shooting. Man went above and beyond. Thanks papa johns!
Last time we ordered from this location it said 45 minute wait time but didn't end up being deliveredfor over 2 hours. Didn't get delivered until 1am (extra frustrating since it was supposed to be a special meal before wisdom teeth removal).We decided to try ordering from them again after a couple months. It is always set to "leave order on porch". They pulled up, when they'd gone I went to get my pizza and IT WASNT THERE. They then set my update to "delivered". We called to see what was going on and they said to just order again. The lady sounded like she didn't care, no offer for any sort of coupon, not even an apology.I am beyond frustrated. Absolute garbage.

I ordered just before midnight on a Friday night on the app with a 89-99 minute wait. I then called at 1:50 to ask on the progress and was told it would be another 45 minute wait. It's going on 3 hours now and I have a feeling I'm not getting my order tonight.
My Dragonborn party member ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza only to be delivered a taco pizza. He then used his message spell put was put on hold he preceded to end the spell and try again but to no avail. He then grabbed his horse and ventured off to the establishment only to be met with more distasteful peasants pretending to ignore his message. Never order from these sad humans again!
Ordered a pickup online, and it said it would be ready in 15 mins. Showed up in 20 minutes and when I walked in they said it would now be ready in another 20 mins??? No apologies. No reasons. No one cares here.
