I received three pizzas as ordered and unfortunately one was not the right one. When I called in the gentleman who answered let me know the pizza was already being remade and would be sent out asap...I was expecting the one corrected pizza, but instead they remade the whole order ! We were pleasantly surprised and now have leftovers for a week ?✌?
They were timely… but man is this the worst Papa J’s I’ve ever had. Straight up soggy… didn’t know I need utensils to eat pizza. Figure it out guys, find a clue somewhere.
Took 2 hours to get my pizza! When I called to complain the manager yelled at me. This location hasn't gotten my order right in the last 5 out of 20 years! When we finally got our pizza it was cold and stiff! Will never order Papa John's again! Stay local!
Over an hour long wait! Missing food and a smash pizza! Oh and the fact that they put the food in a puddle and honked was amazing! Worst papa John’s ever!
Love the sauce! Ordered 2 pizzas, one with extra sauce on original crust. Alot of large bubbles in the crust, didnt seem like extra sauce and toppings seemed concentrated in the center with not much near the edges. Other pizza was supposed to.be less sauce, appeared to have extra, hmmmm, maybe a mixup? I'm a bit disappointed.
The website's delivery estimate is deliberately deceptive. I would not have ordered dinner from them if it was going to take 84 minutes.
Consistently bad service and poorly made food. The employees don't put care into the food they make you and clearly don't want to be working there. I also don't see how it's acceptable to drive 30 minutes out of the way to deliver someone elses order when my home was closer. I've finally learned my lesson about continuing to give you guys more chances. How about instead of offering to give credits just to get me off the phone, you speak to your employees about their lack of work ethic.
Ordered a pizza at 11:30 was told 30 to 40 minutes to door. Called store at 12 because app said it was still being made and not even in the oven. Said they've been backed up with phone calls and will make it now... another 25 to 30 minutes to door. Smh I've even worked here before.
We ordered a pizza tonight over two hours later a cold pizza was left outside of door with all of the toppings stuck to the box top. While the manager did refund the charge there was no caring this is not the first time.
Service was terrible, attitudes are something they serve along with the horrible taste of the food. All around horrible. The chicken was nasty, the pizza itself was ok but I think compared to this location I'd rather have saved the money and went elsewhere like little Caesars or whatever budget pizza place is in cedar rapids. For the cost, I would expect better. But hey walking in there was just a drench of attitude that says we don't care what did I expect from the food right? Waste of money, go elsewhere.
