My fault on choosing incorrectly for the pick up order but I was very apologetic and not in a rush. They weren't very friendly about it. The salad had 4 bottoms of the lettuce heads so that sucked. The Mac and cheese was awesome as usual, grilled cheese and cookies were good too.
Clean, spacious, always busy yet somehow there is rarely a long wait for your food. Great experience even for door dash orders.
Great experience! Ordering at the kiosk is so convenient. Our order was prepared and ready rather quickly, and during the lunch rush. Very impressed! Great customer service. Enjoyed their large outdoor patio seating on a nice summer day. Food was excellent!! I had the new green goddes cob salad (half), which was so flavorful and so very good. I paired that with the Flatbread pepperoni pizza, which was also very good. Overall fantastic experience!!
Slowest location ever. Ordered a mobile order got a message it was ready and still waited 15 minutes past the wait time. Asked for help behind the counter because employees were just standing around talking. They told me it was being checked in the back and I'd just have to wait. I'm okay waiting if it's busy but when they are just standing around no reason for it
Go here often for iced tea, strawberry mint lemonade, coffee, iced coffee.. it's all good. The broccoli cheddar soup in a breadboard is delicious!
Unfortunately, they had no cream cheese danish in the case. I had to purchase a whole pastry in order to get one so I had to get a cinnamon roll instead.
My husband and I purchased two salads, Ceasar and Greek. For $8.49 a piece, they were extremely over priced. We ordered full salads and did not even get half of each. I don't recommend ordering take out here, I feel they get away with giving you less than if you were to eat in house.
Had a lady litterly throw the order at me. This was on 05/20/22. I think people need to be retaught what customer service is. When I was there. I was talked to very rudely by a gal at the counter. Wasn't necessary. Please let redirect your staff on how customer service works..Thank you
Panera bread has streamlined their business. Order and you are in and out. This is amazing. You can even order before you go in and your order will be ready when you walk in. It's excellent. However, when I was younger Panera Bread was known for being a cozy place, one that I would go study at. A place that my friends and I would go chit chat at. It has lost that feeling of comfort due to the fact that it is so streamlined. People make it comfortable, they come and they sit and they talk, but it's just different. It's just not as cozy. I congratulate Panera bread on their efficiency. However, I miss the old days as well. Welcome to the new way of life.
For as much as they charge you would think you would get decent portions and the correct drink sizes. Horrible. I will not be spending my money here anymore.
