Went for the first time in a long time and I'm not really impressed. The prices seem to have shot way up for what should be cheap and quick "Chinese" food. At the price I paid for 2 people I would get better tasting food at any number of the Asian restaurants in town.Really your only bonus is a drive thru option, but is it worth the price?Doubtful I'll go again seeing as there are just better options for a few dollars less per person.
Just ordered online and got a confirmation that the food would be ready at a specific time. We showed up a few min late to give them time to make it. When we showed up there was a line of people ordering that walked in and was served their food asap. Our food was 33 minutes after the said order time while people who walked in got their food before us! If I could give a 0 stars for their service I would.
The food was good but the service was not great. They evidently had a limited menu and that was conveyed in a poor manor. My money was grabbed and some dropped by the staff member hastily at the drive up. She said ‘don’t worry about it’. She handed my change back with no thank you and closed the door in my face. I probably won’t go back.
If I could show 0 stars I would. I ordered my food 2 hours ahead of time, and when I went in to pick it up, the "to go" order station was empty. I couldn't get the attention of anybody that was working to ask about the status of my order. They were to busy pretending not to see me.I had to go to work, so I only waited 10 minutes, then I had to leave. I am out $17 and I will never get food from here again.Shame on you Panda!
I love stopping at the Panda on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids. Food is always good at this location. I stay away from the location on Collins Rd. The food just isn't as good.
When they have proper management and staff it’s decent but 9x out of 10 they are out of 3 or more items at a time. Today they ran out of those 3 items plus chow mein. Some days their lobby is open but most days they are not. We waited almost 10 min at the menu for someone to talk to us and there were no cars ahead of us it took another 10-15min to order the food because they kept telling us to hold on and when they did talk they couldn’t comprehend how to take an order! I keep giving them the benefit of doubt but we won’t be returning until they get it together
Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually had food this visit previous 3 visits had to leave because they didn't have anything nit even rice. Today however person taking orders didn't say hello or how can I help u just stood and looked at us. Half my scoop of orange chicken fell on floor ad they didn't even put anymore on my plate. We asked for extra soy sauce got 3 packets for 2 people. So after I sat down went back up to ask for more soy sauce. 4 employees stared at me without asking what I needed so when manager walked over to get crab Rangoon for drive through I politely asked for soy sauce and she said she has car waiting in drive through. However my food is getting cold because I stood fire for over 5 minutes.
My food is never ready when I order to take out. ?I have to wait an additional 10 minutes usually. I haven’t been in here in awhile because of that and wanted to give them another chance. Ridiculous. Drive through takes priority when you are inside. Hardly greeted.
I ordered through door dash, the broccoli and beef had maybe two or three pieces of beef in it which was extremely disappointing. They missed one of our cub meals. This entire experience was disappointing. Not ordering through them again. Wish you all the best of luck!!
Food is good. This location is so disorganized. Drive thru only. Have trouble comprehending orders every time or out of food. Make sure your order is correct before you leave.
