This place is disgusting. I understand restaurants get busy but there is no excuse for a place to look like that. I will never eat from here

Prioritized mobile orders over in person clients with three people working the line. Also had seats up by 10 and were informed that tables were closed. 20 bucks for two burritos and one drink… way pricey.

Went there two hours to close since their website said they were open until midnight. It also says that on the door. Door was locked so I guess that's a lie. Oh well Taco Bell is better than them anyways.

Just no. They accepted our online order, charged us for it, and then when we arrived to pick up they'd locked all the doors. With customers inside. When I motioned to the staff I had an online order they waved me off and wouldn't open the doors. When they finally answered my call later that night the man told me I could come in after hours and he'd make our food. Uh, no.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The workers were EXTREMELY rude. We waited in line for 30 minutes because they had a lot of online orders, and after waiting very patiently, my coach kindly asked if they would be able to work us in soon. Instead of being polite back, they said, “well these people already gave us our money.” So, we turned and walk out, and the cook told us, “that’s right, keep walkin’.”

Never again. The 1st Ave location has long been known for poor service, but yesterday was the worst I’d seen. I ordered a single burrito bowl for pickup at 6:30. Arrived a few min after 6:30 and was told they were behind. After 10 minutes I was told - along with all the Door Dashers waiting - that it would be “awhile.” No apology. No hint of concern. The only orders they were working on were for people who walked in and ordered. Only ever saw one person at a time working the line. A guy took a cigarette break during this rush. Absolute insanity. I eventually waited in line and when I got to the front I told them I had an online order along with at least half a dozen other people waiting. Only then they did they go through the many online order slips, find my order and actually make it. Look, rushes happen and employees deserve breaks, I get it, but cmon. At least ACT like you care and apologize for the wait. And at least ATTEMPT to work the line a little faster and organize the online orders. This store has no business offering online ordering - the staff simply doesn’t have the ability to handle it. I’ll never go back. Food ended up being 45 minutes late and as I mentioned: zero apology. Edgewood road from now on.

Good service but by the time we get our burritos (sitting in the restaurant) they've been left open long enough during their creation that they're only slightly warm.

I've tried to give this place too many chances. Worst customer service period! Had 4 people working the counter and waited 20 minutes and moved one spot in line! Employees standing around talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. Manager there and allowing it. Manager on register and would stir the queso lol. It just continues to go down hill. One employee cooking chicken without gloves. One person continuing to wipe their runny nose with their wrist. It stinks because it was one of the best burritos in town. Hard to have driven employees with lack of management.

The people working there are really efficient. They were quick and accurate. The burrito I got tasted fresh and was well portioned. I also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the restaraunt. I'll probably be back.

I’m currently standing in line. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. I worked here years ago and it has really gone downhill. Employees are extremely rude to customers and each other. They’re arguing amongst themselves over orders. It’s embarrassing. We left without ordering.
