I don’t mind the constant mistakes with my order or the main plate being served at the same time they serve the salad or soup, but not letting sit ONE person in the bar at lunch time for whatever reason, it’s just too much. I chose to eat here during my lunch time from work because the food is delicious, but you need to get your business in order and avoid wasting peoples’ time. This is the last time I visit this location (a free desert won’t make it even this time)
We had an awesome waiter who took excelkent care of our party of 7. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. Great place!
Service was great. If I remember correctly, our servers name was Robyn. Food was delicious. Clean and everyone was very courteous. I give it 5 stars but the restrooms need updated.
The food is good but not worth the price for the meals. The server was friendly and checked on a several times. It is definitely not something to take your family to unless you are ready to spend quite a bit of money.
Great place super clean and organized. Lots of people work here and that seems to keep the placr running like a well oiled machine. Over all great service, everyone is friendly and often also vary funny. The only issue I've had is one tike all my family did end up getting sick after we ate here though, but we have eaten here many times and this has never happened before. Sadly we won't be coming back for a while but that's not to say your stomach is not stronger than mine! I have had many amazing experiences in this Olive Garden and I would recommend just be warned.
Great option for Friday's during lent or anytime. Had the cheese ravioli and brought some To-Go Fettucine Alfredos home for the kids. Service was good and the salad and breadsticks were yummy as always. We were celebrating a birthday so a few drinks were enjoyed as well including wine and a Blue Hawaiian.
My son decided that he wanted to go here a week ago for his birthday, there was 6 of us. My friend arrived first and was seated. The waitress talked with him then left. The rest of us arrived and 15-20 minutes after we were seated, no one had been over to talk with us. Tables seated after us had their drinks delivered and orders taken before our waitress had stopped to get our drink order. I had to get up and go to the host’s station to ask if someone would be stopping at our table. Another 5-7 minutes goes by and our waitress comes over, apologizes, says there was a misunderstanding as to who’s table it was and takes our drink order. This was the same person that stopped at the table and talked with my friend before my family had arrived. Afterwords, the manager stops by our table, twice, asking how everything was. Did not offer any sort of compensation, only a half hearted apology at the first stop. Once we get our food, I was not at all impressed, the quality of the food has seriously gone down hill over the years and is not worth the money. I waited a week to write this review as I do not like writing negative reviews but this experience has really stuck with me. I’m very disappointed and doubt I’ll be back.
Had an issue with the drink on a pick up order. When I called and spoke to the manager he was very polite and gave great customer service! He credited my credit card back more than he needed to and also sent me a gift certificate as an apology. This all happened with in 24hrs of the issue! Very impressive!
We went to Olive Garden for the all you can eat salad, soup, and bread sticks. The soup was delicious and the bread sticks were fresh and tasty. Spaghetti and Chicken was yummy. Great service by a nice young man.
Had the unlimited soup, salad, bread stick lunch today and it was really good. The server was attentive and personable, the food was fast, and the price was reasonable. What's not to like. Enjoyed my stop and lunch at this excellent eatery.
