The place used to be very good, but has pretty well hit bottom.I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The noodles were room-temperature cold. Took it to the counter and asked them to put it in microwave for a little bit. Apparently they don't have a microwave and said they would remake it.A little later, they brought the fresh order to me. Noodles were even colder than before. I don't carry a thermometer, but they were literally cold to the touch. Went back to counter and asked manager for a refund. Had to stand for literally 7 minutes waiting for her to give me a refund. I was very annoyed because I still had to go somewhere else to get dinner.My son also got something with spaghetti noodles. His were cold, too, but he ate about half of it.Cold noodles are obviously unappetizing, but they are a SERIOUS health hazard and a main cause of food borne illness. I can't patronize a place that will make me sick!
Service was slow, food was terrible! Caesar salad with kale & no lwttuce?!?! Restaurant was dirty!
group of like 40 teenage hockey players all came in at the same time and then the coach wasn’t happy when the food was taking a while. their group literally took up the whole restaurant, but staff still made sure they got everyone’s names and orders correct. good for them.
I am so disappointed in the location that is on Collins Road. I Ordered my Alfredo MontAmore dinner to go. I asked for extra Alfredo sauce on top of my meal and an extra Alfredo sauce to go with my meal. I paid extra for this. I get home and there’s no Alfredo sauce on my meal and the container that they put it in barely had any in it! I pay extra for Alfredo sauce and they barely give me anything, are you kidding me? If I pay for extra sauce then give me extra sauce! And then not to put it on top of my meal at all! I asked them to put extra on top of the meal as well as paying for the one on the side. They don’t follow directions very well. Is it really that hard to give the customer extra Alfredo sauce especially when they have to pay for it? And why are they so chintzy on it? This is not the first time and it totally frustrates me. I won’t be coming back. And the person at the counter took off for over 10 minutes and my food was just sitting there on the counter. And when they did come back, they helped the person who just walked up to the counter before they even took care of me. They could have asked the person at the counter to wait a second while they bagged up my meal.
I live across town and randomly I get here and they're doing online ordering only. I called last time they said I could order inside. I called again tonight asked how late they were open they didn't say anything about online ordering only and I thought they were done with that. When someone asks how late your open wouldn't you mention were open till 9 but you can only order online? I didn't have my card on me it's my daughter birthday I drove 20 mins just to get there. Honestly tired of dealing with this don't think I'll be back. I've watched a few people go in and leave empty handed you're losing business. Is the SW side one ever opening back up? Tired of wasting my time driving to this one. Half the time you get there they're closed when they're supposed to be open ?♀️
Overall I do like Noodles, but today I came home after picking up my online order, to discover that my zoodle pesto/chicken dish had normal pasta noodles in it. I directly called the store and they told me they were out of the zucchini noodles thus replaced them with the "normal" ones. They also offered to refund the order but meanwhile I am home trying to figure out what to eat now instead. Just disappointed that they don't contact you to let you know that they're out of something you ordered , or atleast let you know by the pick-up so that it won't be a surprise at home.
Gross. Just gross. This place is so filthy on the inside, from the dining area to the bathrooms. The food is absolutely horrible. We ordered several different items, all of which got screwed up in one way or another. Food came out lukewarm at best. Employees are lazy, and busy on their cell phones instead of helping customers. What a waste of money.
Ordered thru door dash. Wisconsin Mac n cheese was completely uncooked. Just plain, cold noodles with shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Almost like they just slapped it together and sent it out knowing if I wanted a refund it would be through door dash so it wouldn't be their problem. COOK YOUR FOOD. IT IS A RESTARAUNT.
Very busy , but all employees were helpful and working as fast as possible during a busy lunch time that I stopped in. Food was great, Shrimp Pad Thai, Velacruz chicken salad and spaghetti and meatballs also the freshest rice krispi treat I have ever had.
Took a bit longer to get my food than I would have liked. This was likely because of the huge amount of take out orders going out.
