I added the app and started ordering. The food is always hot and fresh. I order it from home or there. It’s quick, easy, and I can choose how I want it. They are always friendly when they bring it out. This has been a game changer on how I view McDonalds. Thank you for stepping up your game!

I went through the drive thru and got a #2, a shake, and a chicken nugget kids meal. I wasn’t given my apple slices or apple juice with my kids meal, I wasn’t given my receipt, or any napkins. I tried to call the store a handful of times over a two hour period and no one has answered. The line attempts to go to voicemail which isn’t set up for messages. Extremely frustrating that my money is being taken and I’m not receiving what I pay for.

This location was very busy as expected around dinner time. The 2 lanes moved quickly and the young man at the window was very nice. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I had a large order and the young gal that was the cashier handled it very well! She was very patient and wasn't afraid to ask her manager for help when she needed it. My order was ready very quickly without any mistakes. GREAT JOB!!

I was cramped for time. Thought I would swing in to grab a burger and fries to go. There was only 3 people in front of me in line and nobody behind me. It took 10 minutes for the 3 people in front of me to get there orders taken. I was already committed, when they got to me they said that they could not take my order because they needed to catch up. Needless to say I was fuming. The cashier actually said the manager told her she was not allowed to take my order because they were to busy. They actually allowed me to wait for ten minutes and take the other people in front of me orders to tell me that they could not take my order. I remember the good old days when you went to McDonald's and they actually worked through 10 people deep in less than 5 minutes. Never again those days are gone. Has anyone seen the movie Idiocracy? The movie is now a reality that we are living.

Stopped to grab a quick meal. Had to wait a bit long ,but food was fresh and hot. Tasted great. Driver through employees not very personable. But did their job.

This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The first issue happened on 4/30, where I waited at the speaker for 45 minutes before anyone asked if I had been helped. When I got home with my food, I found out they given me someone else's order. The second incident happened today, June 5th - I ordered $30 worth of food only to find that half of it was missing. These issues wouldn't be the end of the world if it wasn't for the fact that I have consistently recieved lazy and negligent service. I understand food service is hard, but there's a difference between making a few mistakes and consistently not caring about your job. The cherry on top is that when I gave restaurant feedback, no one from the store bothered to reach out to me, despite how bad my experience was. I am beyond stunned at the horrible service here.

I hate that the employees never take the time to actually double check the order before sending it out. What’s the point of doing delivery if you still have to come back to the store because you are missing items from your order. It’s careless mistakes that could easily be avoided by double checking the order.

Ordered something online to eat in store and when I got there was told they were out of said item. Asked if they could substitute something of equal value and was told no I had to do a refund through the app. Tried to politely mention it takes days to go through anything in the corporate app and usually nothing ever comes of it. Was ignored at the register for 5+ min, not a pleasant experience

The cleanliness of this specific location is not well. Everything was do dirty, and seeing staff "clean" was simply using a wet rag to wipe half a table off.Door dash orders are WRONG OR MISSING WHOLE MEALS 98% of the time but they never want to fix their staffs lack of attention to orders.The cashier that I encountered today though was the best experience, she was probably one of the nicest staff they have.
