Pizza was good, first time I've eaten there in a while, will return.
I normally get pretty good service here but this last visit was atrocious. I kept being charged for the wrong thing even after pointing out that what I was being charged for was not what I had ordered or received. The gal at the cash register kept arguing with me. After four attempts to overcharge me she consulted with someone in the back and came out and rang up the order correctly. No apology, no thank you.
Never fails yet again said our pizza was ready and get here it hasent even been started. Absolutely garbage place is not ran well at all. This is 4 times in 4 weeks and every single time it’s an hour wait for our food.
Do not order the crazy bread...its horrible bread is under cooked and really doughy plus the cheese is hard as a rock.
It's been a few months since I ordered because the last 2 times my pizza was very under baked and I got tired of throwing money away! I decided to have it for lunch today and got to my office and guess what, my pizza is again very under baked! I took a bite and it was all doughy and gross! Unacceptable and really disappointing! Another waste of my time and money! On a side note, ordered extra sausage and it wasn't any more than usual.
I went in to grab a quick bite to eat, was ignored for five minutes while the lady behind the counter was taking her friends order, Just let her cut in line like I wasn’t even standing there
Employees were nice and respectful ONLY issue seems to be lack of staff and having only 2 in the CR area after closing the one on mt Vernon Rd so that means more buisnesses and stress on employees. Overall good cheap food lol.
Balding dude of a manager screaming at staff. Rude and messed up our customized order because he was screaming at them that they "were doing it wrong" and overcharged us.
Service and timing was fine but the manager on shift had made the front girl cry in front of customers. Very unprofessional
Don’t trust the hot-n-ready because they’ll almost certainly say “it’ll be about 15 minute”. They can’t keep up with anything with the employees they’ve got working here. If I have time to wait for pizza, I’d get something good.
