Great service. Very small location so plan accordingly. Pictures below are the chorizo breakfast chimi and churro pancakes. Everything was fantastic, new favorite breakfast place in town.
Delicious is really all I can say. I got the breakfast tacos with bacon and a waffle.Also the overall aesthetic is beautiful. Will be back!
The food was really really good. I gave only four stars because our waitress didn’t write any of our orders down, which was a lot to keep track of between hash browns, toast, build your own omelet, etc. She got a lot of my order wrong. She should be writing down orders. Food is delish though!
Driving through Cedar Rapids today and stopped at La Casita today for the first time and we were very impressed! The place was amazing! Super cute decor, friendly service, amazing margaritas and the food was delicious! The only bad part was I only wish it was closer to Madison, WI so we could come more often.

The owners are the nicest! The food options are fabulous! Cozy, pretty atmosphere; multiple booths & 1 long “farm style” table in center. Very friendly service. Plan ahead! This place is POPULAR- call ahead to put your name & # on wait list & they’ll text you when your table is ready! I had the Veggie Skillet with a lemon/ blueberry pancake & my husband had The Mexicali steak omelette: DELICIOUS!!
Been three times. Really good food. Great service. Just last week i was there and they were super busy and there was only one waitress.. The waitress never got stressed or rude. I ended up leaving her a 26.00 tip. Hope it let her know she was appreciated. Had to go in today and do some work on my laptop due to an emergency, they didn't mind me using the wifi while I ate and worked. Definitely Will be going back.
This place is off the chain! The pancakes and portions are huge and you will definitely leave with leftovers! Great prices and the food was DELICIOUS! Best breakfast food we've ever had! What are you waiting for? Find out for yourself.
We stopped in after hearing good things. Our server Hanna was fantastic and attentive. I got the Avo Cali Benedict and coffee. The eggs were poached to perfection, the hollandaise was bright and smooth, the avocado fresh The coffee is good. I'll have to stop in again and try one of their specialty coffees.
