Lady was rude. Music was blaring inappropriate songs. Music was soo loud we had to yell to order. Ice cream Was mediocre at best. Kids running all over the parking lot and all over the cement seats screaming. It was a totally unwelcoming and trashy environment. The new owners really ruined this place.
I Love the Kool Moo. I have great memories of coming here 40+ years ago. Outstanding flavors & quality. I do not understand the reviewers who are complaining about prices. If they can grasp what's happened the last 3 years, & that prices have gone up across the board - they've been impacted as any business has through the pandemic. Let's as a public not punish these businesses for being forced to do what was needed in order to remain open and profitable, but instead FREQUENT the Kool Moo. Often. I challenge prior reviewers to put themselves in any businesses shoes and update your rating that was based only on cost. Have some empathy instead & show your support. Now go there and buy a malt. They're fantastic. So glad the Kool Moo is open!!
This is a great place to take the family or friends for a cool treat. The prices are very reasonable. The family that is running this is friendly, always happy, and give it such a great feel. The music they play is a great touch. My daughter loves to dance while enjoying her favorite treat. Please stop out and grab a Kool Moo treat and say hi to Nick and the family.
Such a cute and friendly place! Amazing ice cream with good portions. Employee’s we’re respectful and fast! 10/10 would recommend if your out looking for a cute local ice cream/frozen yogurt shop! Definitely will be returning:))
I got the avalanche shake it was so delicious. My husband mentioned he was bringing it home to me (we live 45 mins away) so they gave him a medium that he ordered but put it in a large cup so if it melted on the way home it didn't spill all over his truck. Can't wait until I go back and try another delicious treat. Prices are very comparable to what you would pay at Dairy Queen for a small family owned business! Our family will definitely go back.
I love this place, phenomenal ice cream and a great price. The music is amazing to listen to while waiting for my order. Ive meet the owners and they were wonderful and polite. Will be returning throughout the summer.
Great ice cream with too many flavors to choose from. Get the smore avalanche! Price increase?? .60 in 20 years. Wish we could leave a review for gas prices?! HOT next week. I'll be there everyday after work! Stop in and try for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!!
The last month or so we have frequented this establishment 2-3 times a week. The menu has so many choices to choose from! The people complaining about prices have no clue about how inflation is impacting our country right now. I say 'kudos' to the owners for jumping in and keeping this place going, even if they had to raise prices. Staff has always been friendly. Our daughter really enjoys dancing to the music while waiting for our order. Definitely five stars ?
This place is awesome, I love the new atmosphere there with the music playing. Gives you something to listen to while you are waiting. The new owners are amazing. The ice cream is delicious and will be visiting their frequently.
