Might as well not even be a fast food place anymore. Sat in the drive thru for 15+ Mins along with 5 other cars only to finally get to the speaker, “how may I take your order?” Started saying my order only to be told “chicken will be a 20 minute wait” ???? You only serve chicken and there’s a wait?? 5+ cars also waiting parked in the lot. Say I waited that 20 minutes… who’s to say there’s chicken for me after getting to everyone else who has been waiting before me… just a joke. New management is needed at this location badly.
10:50 in the morning. Google says you're open at 10:30. Doors are locked, nobody answers at the drive-thru, yet there's somebody standing in the drive-thru watching me drive by, then looked away as though he did not notice me.I don't know who owns this particular branch, but I hope they find better management.If Chick-fil-A can do it right, anyone can.
I don't understand what is so hard about answering a phone and actually talking instead of hanging up. My order was messed up and I couldn't even say anything because I kept getting hung up on. And I can't go back to the store because they would have been closed by the time I got there.
Sat in line with three other cars around 7:30 PM waiting for someone to take our order, no one came over the speaker, approached the window and could clearly see the lights on and a woman at the front counter counting money and ignoring the several cars in line. Very unprofessional and took our business elsewhere as I’m sure the other cars did as well.
Long wait at window didn't get the right order.Very very sad will not go back $48.14 Too Bad KFC going out of business!
Good is good except ordered online and told it would be inside. Does are locked, won't answer the phone. Had to go through the drive thru... there's was 10 cars! What's the point of calling ahead?
Don't expect to get your order correct or not. Old food, not very friendly staff, and missing items. Don't waste your time or money here.Looking thru the window the tables were disgusting. Luckily they were closed in the lobby.
So Thursday night at like 630 I drive up there to the drive-through i see 4 cars the 4 cars lined up one at the window window and the 1 of the windows sitting there so the 2 cars before me pull off right away from after they talk to the people in the message get up there come to find out they were telling us it would be 40 to 45 minute wait for chicken for chicken or something we couldn't really understand them but i was just really Hungry and really wanted KFC and ended up having to drive off because I didn't have the time to wait that long that's why I went through a fast food drive-through they don't offer any store dining no more aint no more so I don't there's nothing really you can do many other places offer in store dining nowdissatisfied They didn't have anything available I'm not sure exactly what it was that went down because like I said it was muffled but they told us it'd be 3540 minutes I don't remember of a wait in a drive thru
The employees were very rude and they messed up my order up and when I said something they told me that I was wrong and they were right and told me to not come back. I definitely won't be going back and if I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Ordered a 8 piece meal last night for supper through drive through. Employee at window was not very nice or friendly. Him and another female worker was talking about us and laughing. Overpriced for what we got, chicken looked horrible and mashed potatoes was only half full.
