Got a wrong order ordered numer 2 got a number one. an quality just not as good. potatoes have no flavor gray in Color made with water. Gravy doesn't have the seasoning it used to. Over all worst I have had in awhile. We only fo as a treat so no more than 3 times a year.
Waited for fresh wings and then they gave me this for 10.99 5 piece tender combo.
I couldn't comment since it requires a star if not I would rate it a 0 , re used oil that gives the chicken a bad greasy smell and poor managed restaurant as they could not fix my food or replace it . Workers at kfc yelled out profanity words in front of my kids and mind you they are 4 and 5 so I threw it away and ate at subway with my family. Would not recommend this to anyone, if you do you will regret it and I'm 100% sure you will!
Got me in and out in about 15 mins during lunch. Order was accurate food was hot. Pretty decent for KFC
Would give zero stars if I could, food was terrible tasted like the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for days.. it was so dry. costumer service was as bad as the chicken, the guy in drive through was very rude.
Went through drive thru ordered a 16 piece meal for my family and a 8 piece meal for a friends family ended up having only a 6 piece and sides for my family and my friends order was messed up as well. Tried calling them to see what they will do to fix this and phone rings 4 times and then dead air will never go here again and would encourage others to steer clear from here as well
Pull up behind someone in drive through. person in front advances around corner to window. wait at speaker for 20 minutes trying to get their attention. 5 cars stack up behind us. decide to go to window. car in front is at window trying to get their attention with waving hands etc. drive around restaurant to leave, there's at least 3 employees in there behind counter doing f all. grumpy. not going back. dont recommend.
I love KFC when it is good and fresh, however this location almost always seems to give me chicken that has been sitting for a while, soggy exterior and dry interior. That first bite into old meat is so disappointing. Their drink machine was also out of order and I’m seeing now a review mentioning that from a couple weeks ago. Those things happen, but if it’s been causing repeat issues someone should take a good look at it.
Ordered a 12 piece dark meat only thighs and legs and get next to nothing but breasts when I get home
Placed near $70 order online. Half hour later I arrived to pick up order. Guy said they were given permission to close because of weather two minutes before I got there. They refused to give me my order and would not give me refund. Told me to call for refund. Weather was not great but should’ve honored my order as they were open when order was placed, or should’ve refunded me right away
