Terrible service. Had to wait 30 mins past our pre online order. Called to talk to the manager and he was extremely rude, all he had to say we are short staffed in a nice way. We all understand how life is right now but you will get a lot further in life when your nice to people, not to mention repeating customers….also I might want to add our order wasn’t even correct.
I live less than a mile from this location and I’m sitting here waiting after 45 minutes and still have not received my food. I called about 15 minutes ago, as well. This is the second time this has happened but I thought I’d give them another shot. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. I hope they didn’t forget anything once /if I finally receive our order.
bruh i literally didn’t get my kickin ranch and it genuinely ruined my entire day so thumbs down to you guys

I ordered from door dash from them but they use Thier driver I understand the roads were bad they took 45 minutes to call and canceled the ordered. Then they did not void they said they completed the orders since they use they own drivers I had to call them Thry lady was rude said she voided but did it not So I called door dash and they will give me my money back in 6 days The DoorDash didn’t understand why they said thry completed the orderd. So I called Jimmy John’s back and asked for the manger it was the rude person again and she said she did not understand door dash i orderd a lot no ever charged me and days they completed the order if they do not bring now I have to wait days for refund and my kids are gingery we had to wAit to preset for another place
Past 7 times I’ve went there and asked for no lettuce and tomato they would always leave it on there. Most recently they took off all the veggies except just lettuce. Also take very long compared to other Jimmy Johns in town.
Very skimpy on the Tuna Subs. My daughter got all bread and cheese. But friendly staff, poor product
Writing from an in-store purchase: felt very uncomfortable with the profane music that was blaring while waiting for food on 11/13/21 (12:44pm - 12:52pm). Fortunately, there weren't kids in the store, as the music was completely inappropriate for that audience. Order was incorrect (blaring music probably made it hard to hear order when it was placed), but it was fixed with relative ease. Hopefully employees/managers pay closer attention to the appropriateness of the music when there are customers dining in.
Ordered at 1:15, got our order at 2 (live five minutes from store) but forgot one sandwich. I called them and they told me we could get store credit but i insisted on sandwich because we had one person without food. They said they would send it right out. An HOUR later we got the second sandwich. I called to ask for our money back and they said they would give me two dollars. I will not be giving JJ my money again. We will go to Jersey Mikes from now on.
This was so wonderful quick and easy we went back another day
