While I was the only customer dining in at the time... I sat and watched Employees and management float racists terminology back and forth as part of there conversation ? umungst each other while joking around. I had too sit and listen too the n word get floated in conversation about 8 different times. This was very upsetting, and on top of it the manager sat in on it and participated? Told them Pepper's onions cumbers on only half of the sandwich half! and on the whole entire sandwich add vito meat and ez lettuce. They proceeded to put Pepper's onions and cucumbers on one side of the whole sandwich ? then ask me if I want it cut in half , how do u get half if you don't cut it? Like duh. How do u have Pepper's onions cucumbers on only one half of u don't cut it. Putting it on one side is not half lol I even wrote it down on a piece of paper to make it a bit easier I thought. And the nerve to have a sign that says free smells yeah free stinky smells. Eating at JJ reminds me why I don't like eating at JJ but it was my kiddos request. Anyways all good they remade it , God bless I'm out lol

Asked for no tomato on one sandwich…had tomato. The other one looked like this ? what a joke. Bread was dry. By far the worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.
Drive through, didn't get what I ordered, took it in to have the correct order made, got to the car still not the right order. We just left at that point
