Been eating at this location from the first week it opened as it is closets to our house. Been here a good 50 times and have never yet had a bad experience. We typically order online when leaving the house and the order is always ready for us to pick up. Great friendly staff at this location compared to a few others in town. Love the bread!

Absolutely the worst service and delivery times!!! My wife ordered our meal at 11:08 am and received it at 1:09 pm and we live less than a mile away. The Jimmy Johns in Marion needs more staff and also a friendly tune-up...Whoever answers the phones are not very friendly people when a complaint comes in!! Highly disappointed at this time!!! Also they offered us a $5 credit....NOT ACCEPTABLE
Wonderfully flavorful sandwich and reasonably priced.
Attempted to order four meals, worker yelled also worker kept cutting off and kept asking the same questions. Cut off before we could finish ordering, so we got up there and paid for what we could order. They forgot our chips and messed up one of our sandwiches. Never going to this location again.

This was my first time ever eating JJ's and sadly I do not plan on ordering from them again. I downloaded the app so I could get some lunch while at work and although my order was correct and it did come super fast, the bread the sandwich was made on was like bitting into a brick. My jaw got really sore really fast and I ended up pulling the sandwich apart so I could finish eating it without. For my first sub from them very disappointed. ?
