We were greeted by the cashier immediately when walking through the door. She was very nice at explaining different sandwich options as I don't eat here often. Food was made very fast and everyone was so friendly!
Called to place an order, after they asked how they could help and I asked to place an order - was told they'll be closing in about five min - so have a nice day. I was in the parking lot.
Seriously Wish I could 0 star this store. Twice I have ordered here in the last 6 months for delivery. First was an hour then today I ordered at 11 and I call at 12:15 to see if they had left to deliver yet and the rude girl who answered the phone told me they are and have been 1.5 to 2 hours out?!?. Freaky fast?? I cancelled my order. Who knows if I'll get refunded or not. What a joke
I placed our order at 5:26pm. It is currently 6:33pm and we are STILL waiting on it to be delivered. Normally I would be more understanding about being a little behind but I’m paying for the speed of the delivery. Not to mention the JJ location I ordered from is not even 8 minutes down the road from me. This is very disappointing. I would have gone and picked it up myself because it would have been faster. However, I’m sick at the moment and struggle getting out of bed. I’m never the one to leave bad reviews but this is literally ridiculous.
Absolutely horrible. The smell was so bad in there I couldn't even stay. Some kind of strong cleaner. I heard one guy say to the other behind the counter "That turkey don't look right. It's old."My partner actually ordered a sandwich. Ended up having to throw it out. Not sure if it was bad from being old meat or it was permeated with the strong chemicals. Whichever reason I threw my money away! Will Not use this location EVER again.*************************JJ owner. To your response...You pay forward it.
Do not order delivery or pickup because they never look at the customizations on sandwiches and only make it the normal way. It’s on the receipt- but is never right.
You're better off ordering and picking up your food than getting delivery. We waited an hour and a half for two sandwiches and somehow still forgot things that I paid extra for.
This Jimmy John's location gave me a freaky fast quickie!!!!Got off the phone with them at 12:54 my food is here by 1:00 freaky fast ain't no joke!!!!!!!I understand they were probably slow from the sounds of everything and this might be a once in a lifetime quickie from Jimmy John's
Was disappointed when I ordered a combo meal that was supposed to come with a 22oz drink. They gave me a 16oz and when I asked the lady said that I had the 22 oz cup. She lied.The sandwich was OK, but pretty pricey for what you actually get.
This location does a nice job of producing fresh, good quality sandwiches. I used to consider Jimmy Johns a great option for quick workday lunches, but this location has abysmal delivery times. As a rule, I wait 30 minutes before calling to check on the status of my order. I always have to call to check on every order, because they do not even get it out for delivery within 30 minutes (I live less than a mile away). This issue predates the pandemic. They usually deliver within 60 minutes, so if you don’t mind waiting that long, they’re a good option. If you have time constraints, Jimmy Johns is not a great option.
