I have them deliver at least twice a week and Highly recommend them. Awesome service and get my order every time. kudos to the delivery drivers
We ordered last minute, yes I know people hate that. But you are open til 9pm. Therefore, you serve til 9pm. It’s called customer service. We ordered a pack of 12 minis. And the note your delivery person left on our receipt was uncalled for. We were at the hospital dealing with a very sick family member. This person needs to go back to the basics of how to treat your customers.
More than half the time my order is cancelled. When the food does get here it is fine. My food was misdelivered once and the manager seemed accusatory rather than helpful. I want to give a better rating but the store has many improvements to consistently make before I will do that.
Spend your money elsewhere. Order was out for delivery for 30 minutes. Called & Sarah the store manager kept calling me “Honey” while I was complaining - SOOO DISRESPECTFUL! She didn’t offer me anything for having to wait one hour for my order, rather she was dismissive & said “Well you have a nice day.” Horrible. Go manage a hog lot somewhere.
Talked to the assistant manager said they were desperate for help went in the next day dressed as usual bibs and about seven glass pendants owner said they'd hire me to drive good to know good Christians that judge lest they have judged themselves still own most of the businesses
Ordered on doordash at 11am. By 12:15 (for only 7 sandwiches) the order was sent to the wrong place. We got credit from door dash and ordered again. It says the order is here but it’s not. Talked to doordash, the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address for the 2nd time. 2 1/2 hours water and jimmy johns never picked up the phone once.
Did deliver to my address, and when I tried to call no one answered the phones.
Trying to call to order and nobody wants to answer the phone!!!! Been trying for 10 min I got call logs to prove it!
tired of ordering extra meats and paying for them to not get it. once again paid and got single-layer of ham.
The delivery driver yelled in my face and told me it wasn't her job to deliver to me. It was out of her way. I use to get delivery from them before this it's sad they choose there job and treat people like this very disappointed
