Nice clean shop and pleasant experience. They workers were very patient with a large family coming in. Would come again!
After a long day I went to go grab some dinner, only to find my vehicle wouldn't start. So we decided to order Jimmy John's. We had tried them a couple weeks ago and besides our sandwiches not being 100% correct, it was alright. So I was willing to give them another try. And I haven't ate much today so their quickness and closeness would do for tonight. So I ordered online. My phone rings a few minutes later and it's the store telling me they can not deliver my order as their delivery drivers car is not working. I understand times are hard. And staffing is probably short. But this is poor customer service. And I'm not proud of it but my long day and emotions let loose and I began bawling. All the employee keep saying was I'm sorry. So now I'm stuck waiting for a refund on my card so I can order something....ANYTHING tonight. Does Jimmy John's really care? Probably not! Needless to say Jimmy John's has forever lost my business.
This was my first time ever eating from Jimmy John’s. Probably the best customer service and best first experience I have had somewhere. The workers were able to help me and they were extremely nice. I mean I only got a ham and mayo sandwich but that was so good. I will definitely be coming back. There is one thing that wasn’t vibing for me and it was the smell inside. I don’t know it could have just been me but it didn’t smell very good. But otherwise great staff and great food

The website indicated this location was open on Sundays. Upon arrival, it was closed with no sign on the door or hours posted. Wasted gas and time.
Today is Sunday October 10th I had Started calling them at 2:40pm no one picked the phone up and online it says they are open til 4pm. I tried calling another time and it’s like they picked the phone up and hung up!! Not happy with this place at all! All’s I wanted was a sub for my daughter and I!!! Usually I don’t have no problems!
Great jimmy John’s, I ordered online and received quick service during the lunch rush
I called the store located at6600 Kirkwood Blvd SW Suite 100, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404(Which is about 4-5 blocks straight down the road from this location) At 10:00 am To place my order for my 3 kids and my self. First, the guy who answered the phone to take my order was not with it at all. I had to tell him the same things at least 3 times and when he went to confirm my order, he still had it wrong. After we finally got that all straight, he said he could deliver at 10:30am, which was fine. We ended the call. 5 min later, the manager, Aaron, called me back and said that he didnt have a delivery driver available until 11pm. I said do you mean 11am? And he said yes, so I said 11am is fine. 11:15am came around and still no delivery. I called and the store manager, Aaron answered the phone. I asked when my delivery would be here. Aaron said that they couldnt deliver my order because they didnt have a delivery driver today. I asked why I wasnt called to be let know. Aaron said I did call and as I was saying no, he hung up on me. I called right back. Someone else answered the phone and when I asked for Aaron, the guy said he had just left. So, I didnt get my order that we waited an hour for and the manager hung up on me. We will never go to another Jimmy Johns. I will not order for my company outings anymore either. This is not how your managers or employees should treat people. You need better employees.
Don't visit this location. They take your online order, then when you arrive to pick up your food the store is closed at 1:30 in the afternoon.
Ordered online, web site said open til 7pm, got a confirmation email around 11am confirming order for 1pm. Sat around until 1:40 pm waiting for meals, tried to call store for 40 minutes. , no answer, call customer service, no answer, finally call a adifferent stope here in town, and they told me the store I ordered from is not open today.
