The food was pretty good... had a French toast combo which my friend did as well. But they were short-staffed out front that day which they readily admitted so it took awhile for everything-- to get waited on, to take our orders, etc. But since we knew it might be a wait, it was fine.
Am I the only person that thinks it stinks like rancid oil in this place? Been here twice, I didn't order a thing but my family did. They said it was all trash. They ended up sending everything back and no we don't want to order something else. I am confused as to why people think this place is good. I didn't eat but truthfully, the presentation was joke and the service got real rude once food was sent back. Good luck
Service was good, but it took 30+ minutes to get our food. Apparently, it was given to a to-go order. Pretty disorganized. The makeup order was missing half of the food and I found a piece of an avocado shell in the pancakes. New "healthy fat pancake" recipe? This was a rough visit.
The menu has changed a bit since I was last here, for the better! I love that you can order an omelette meal and get flavored pancakes on the side. The different kinds of pancake options are mind blowing and I want to try them all lol. We went for a birthday party and based on the rewards from that one visit alone I could visit again with my family and practically eat for free! Staff is super quick and attentive while maintaining that family feel.
Purchased a groupon to take my grandson to IHOP. I just turned 55 this month so I was able to order from the 55+ menu for the first time. When I went to pay for our order I was told I couldn't use my groupon since I ordered from a "special price" menu. Had I known this I would have ordered differently. The lack of compassion for my situation made this my last trip thru these doors as both a customer and a door dash delivery person. Thank you to the manager who was rude and hung up on me.
Good service, good food, however it looked like some insect got in the salt shaker.
It was a lovely time, me and my sister were eating breakfast that morning when she was preparing for her Junior finals, IHOP had always been our favorite and this location is by far the best I've been! I look forward to going again in the not so distant future.
even though it was kind of busy when my friend and I went to go sit down and eat we got seated very quickly and well taken care of, we had a very nice waitress and we didn’t have much of a wait for food, she did forget to put in our appetizer but we ended up getting it for free and overall she was very kind.
Went there with son on a Groupon. He normally doesn't like breakfast type places because he doesn't do wheat sensitive to eggs. So that takes out quite a bit from a breakfast place. I found online that IHOP has gluten free options so we went. When we first talked to the waitress she wasn't sure if they had any GF options left. They probably don't have a huge demand for it so if you need it you might call ahead to check. Fortunately they did have stock for it. So he ordered. I got his eggs. I wasn't thinking. I got a cheese omelet. Next time with the kid I'll get eggs and meat separately so we can trade even eggs for meat.Anyway good stuff not awesome but I liked it. The cheese omelet was ok. Got the extra strawberries and bananas for topping the pancakes. The strawberries tasted like they were from a frozen bag. I guess I have to expect that unless I'm going to a fancier place. The GF cakes were thinner but that was also expected from when we make them. The cakes I got (3) were big enough to cover the plate entirely. So as not to make a mess when I poured syrup I made a small well/hole in the center of my cakes. That kept my syrup from spilling out over the plate until I'd eaten enough cakes that it wouldn't spill. You dont just get an analysis of the food with my reviews you get some engineering tips too.Ok food. Nice people. Busy place. Higher review primarily because they could do GF and the helps us.
the ambiance and the food they serve were up-to my expectation
