I love the food and the wait staff is usually friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the food all over the floor around the buffet and the sauces spilled all over the counter. They need to hire someone whose only job is cleaning the buffet area.
Never been here, but Google keeps wanting me to review it since I go to the gym next door. Smells good and gets a lot of traffic though.
Little wait to be seated but it was a Friday night. Staff was great and our waitress was on top of checking on us even with a full section. Food was great as always! We will be back again.
Kind of hit or miss with the cooks. Some times they seem like they really love their jobs then other times I come in the cooks just seem to not care. I have mixed feelings about here. I love the food when the cooks actually cook the food. The last 2 times I've came in my food was under cooked and so was my wife's. Now other times I came I'm my food was great. If I could give the waitresses and waiters a 5 star I would but the cooks are just hit or miss.
Great food as always. The cook seemed rather unenthused, but other than that it was good. We got our orders to go and the bowls that they give you to fill are nice sized and make for a decent sized meal.

The food was excellent, and the service was good. The place could use a nice deep clean around the seating area. The tables were clean, but the walls were a little grubby. Overall, it's always a nice place to eat.
Sauce bar was gross like previous review said. The ladles were all sticky and the sauces were spilled all over. The fish stunk really bad at the buffet. Didn't smell like good fish. The side rice was super over cooked and mush.This place has really gone down hill. I wouldn't recommend going here again until the staff get it together.
HuHot is always great! Come hungry because it's all you can eat baby! The seafood is a little sketch, but everything else is outstanding. Depending on the time of day, there may be a wait to have your bowl cooked up, but the wait is worth ot!.
Until Matt isnt in charge I wouldnt eat here. there is a lack of employees using clean gloves, they will take the trash out, smoke, then cut food, all without changing gloves and food is stored in containers that arent fully clean. Ontop of pulling their masks down or off in the back. Extremely risky thing to do with COVID going on.
