Maybe it was a one time issue but my first and possibly only visit was horrible. I sit here (along with another customer who ordered 2 people before me) waiting for our stuff while at least 5 or more other people got their orders first. The 1 girl who was working and making the drinks was extremely rude and then just walked out in the middle of a rush. The girl running the cash register had absolutely no idea what she was doing. My brother praised this place but upon my first visit I am severely disappointed and I still haven't got my items almost 30 minutes since ordering as I write this. Can not say I will ever be back. Will continue to get my tea from starbucks until a new place opens somewhere that actually knows who to perform customer service correctly and hire employees who actually want to work.
Went in there for the first time, and I was very friendly with them, asked what is popular and the woman (owner I’m guessing) and the guy who was working both told me what was popular right now! GREATTold them I wanted the Passionfruit tea with strawberry boba. And she said something like trying to correct the way I said boba…but I said it correct. I was VERY confused. And she proceeded to try and correct me again like I said it incorrectly and then asked where I’m from (because I’m Asian) and I told her adopted from Vietnam. So I have a sour taste now about this place, because I sat there and all the people after me who ordered said BOBA the same way I did. But I felt like she was judging or wanting to correct me cause she assumed I may speak an Asian language….IDK. I just didn’t see her say anything to anyone else about but me. And I’ve obviously experienced this type of situation with other businesses where asian people work. They always ask me where I’m from or whatever.I just didn’t understand why she picked on me, and now I don’t see myself going back there. Also, the tea was okay, the first sip I took I got like 3 seeds in my mouth that were nasty. And the boba didn’t taste very good. Just the tea was good.
Hi Tea is awesome! My siblings and their friends go here at least once a week, and I myself have been going here for years. I love it! The lady who I believe to be the owner/manager is always so kind and welcoming, and the rest of her staff is the same. Great (and speedy) customer service, super yummy drinks, and a cute atmosphere. My favorite drink is the Mousse Black Tea with tapioca pearls and brown sugar drizzle ❤️
I've been going her for the past 3 or so years and I am never disappointed. I LOVE this place! It has wonderful Taro and Passion Fruit tea. The owner knows me and always asks how I'm going. She is such a kind person and her employees offer great recommendations for drinks! I will definitely keep going here and thoroughly enjoy every drink I get. ?
I've only been there once and I love it. It's a cute little tea place. It's decorated so nicely. You get to watch how they make you drink and you get to see your rolled ice cream be made right Infront of you. They use fresh ingredients and you can taste the love they put in their food and drinks. I highly recommend Hi Tea. :)
literally best boba place in this area
Delicious ordered some to try at home too! Reasonable prices even
I’ve tried many bubble tea places, and honest to god this is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had and their tapioca pearls were beautifully cooked. Everybody there was super nice, and they made my drink very quickly. I’m so sad that I don’t live closer, I will definitely try to travel more often to come here!
Been going here for years now! I've never had a bad experience and it's a great treat!
I ordered delivery for a frozen coffee. I was not matched with a driver for thirty minutes. I realize this is not the fault of the store. However, they did not remake the coffee and when I finally received it, it was completely melted and disgusting at room temperate. Mind you, this coffee also had dairy in it. I feel like it would be common sense to remake an item that is no longer up to quality if it’s been sitting out for a long period? Who gives a customer a completely melted drink? Like at that point, it’s just decent customer service that obviously wasn’t in place when doing my order.
