I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and that same cheeseburger in a meal (3 burgers total). When they gave me my soda it was the wrong kind. No big deal, they dumped it and provided me with the correct soda. When the order came, we didn't check it, but it only had 2 burgers and only one was the burger we ordered. I think this was the second or third time I've visited this location. Not sure I will go back
Omg, 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a burger. Staff is nice, but they have no training and they were all clueless
20 minutes for them to nuke my hot ham and cheese. Fries were half empty with curly fries mixed in.
One word. Disgusting!!!! No one in the restaurant. 1 person in front of me in the drive thru. Had to wait for a chicken sandwich, not a big deal. But Fries were soggy and cold. Chicken sandwhich ended up being a chicken tender on a bun. Burger was cold, looked like someone stepped on it. No lettace. Tomato was thin and discolored. Onions looked like they were two weeks old. Eat somewhere else! Anywhere.
We were traveling from Missouri and came in for lunch. All of the crew there had smiles on their faces and one of them even came out to the table we were at and asked how our food was when she delivered my chicken strips that i had to wait on (which was no big deal at all) and my family's food was hot and fresh!!!Thank you for this amazing experience on our travels! Keep up the hard work guys, bc you definitely deserve this 5 star review!From us.... to you! :)
The burger wasn't too bad... I don't think I've ever had french fries so terrible and greasy.
Multiple staff members walked by without helping myself or another gentleman. One went as far as to clock out right in front of us and walk away without getting us help. Terrible customer service and they hassled me about my Togo pickup like it wasn’t the only one in the store. No manners or smile, really need to learn something about management at this location.
Drove 40 minutes to get here and they didn't disappoint. The dining room room was clean, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Special thanks to Kenzie and her coworker for the hot curls and pies, and the exceptional experience and great food! I recommend this Hardee's!!
Ordered some chicken tenders. Waited for over 30 minutes to get them, they never apologized just said they are cooking them. Didn't let me know a time estimate when they asked me to pull forward, didn't offer alternative options due to the long wait.
I was on travel, and needed a quick bite. I'm from the west coast, so I'm used to their Carl's Jr cousin. But this restaurant was very substandard. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, but the tomato slice was about as thin as a slice of cheese. My suggestion: Stay away. You can do much, much better.
