I'm from Chicago and the Italian beef was on point. Italian Ice was good, and the Chicago style hot dog was delicious. Please make some mild sauce for fries. Will definitely be back to this place soon.
Just sat down to eat my very first Gianna's Italian beef sandwich ever, and after one bite into it.... I'm hooked! This place is DEF going to be my go-to spot for a quick, super delish sandwich! I'd write more, but I'm trying to enjoy my meal! ?❤️
From living in Chicago and many many trips to the east coast I've tried Italian beefs from 100s of places. This right here is hands down the perfect combination. From the peppers to the onions and homemade bread. Squisito!

Best beef in Iowa. Their meat is season so well, I actually sipped on they gravy juice because it was so good! I’m definitely stopping by again when I come back in town!

A neat experience to eat at. Looked like something out of a movie more than Cedar Rapids. Food was amazing. Will want to go back when I visit again.
Was visiting Cedar Rapids for work and craving some Italian Beef. Pleasantly surprised to find Gianna’s here.Ending up ordering the Beef and Sausage combo with hot pepper. Tasted great, just like getting it in Chicago.
Their beef is always great and is the real deal, true Chicago Style. Tried the char-broiled chicken sandwich on a croissant today... this is a hidden gem on the menu. Best chicken sandwich in CR, so good I contemplated driving back for another one!
