Wasn't even busy and they messed up the malt I ordered. No biggie it happens, went in and asked them to make me a malt not a shake. The girl gave me so much unnecessary attitude i was surprised. She didnt even let me know it was mine when she finally got around to making it and slammed it onto the counter. Her manager had to tell her to let me know it was ready. Didn't even try to help my husband who had a busted cup with ice cream melting all over.Got back into my car order was still wrong and it tasted worse than the first one. Just go to Culver's.
Went here last week and spent almost $4 on a chocolate sundae. Had no toppings or anything, just 3 scoops of ice cream. Could've spent less at Walmart.
Charisma at the Edgewood location was very helpful and made it very easy to order my meal through the drive thru. She also made sure my meal was correct before handing it out. She had noticed something was missing before handing it out. Give her a raise!
Our daughter raved about Freddy's so when we came to town she took us there and the customer service was great and the food even better.
Only ever had 1 order get messed up here but the food is always warm. If you do the drive thru avoid the inside lane, it gets backed up and the outer lane will send 2 through in the amount of time it takes 1 from the inner lane to get through.
Always great food, friendly and helpful staff. Our favorite place to go eat and just hang out.
Food was good. We had cheese burgers and instead of fries we had chilli. My only complaint is the chilli wasn't hot enough. It was all very good!

was just there, worse customer service you can experience. Then my burger looked like they just threw it together, meat was everywhere, the fries were cold. couldn't enjoy it with my Fry Sauce. the chicken was till cold in the middle and the person giving us drinks had it tipped over whereas the drinks were starting to leak on us. Just terrible I tell you, just gives me reason not to eat out no more.
