we placed our order at 1:30 as it shows on the receipt and at 1:55 we decided to ask for a refund after not getting our food and watching many people who ordered after us get theirs. it wasn’t a complicated order either. two grilled cheeses. a burger. and a small fry. ridiculous.
Food is great always fresh and delicious. but as a Dasher please don't drop the fries when we get there time is money you can't sit there and wait another 5-10 minutes believe me the fries will still be hot and fresh been doing this for years. And also it takes the strength of a Gods to open that front door in the front on a windy day lol that is all.

One of the biggest, tastiest burgers I have ever had. I’ m visiting from California and I was craving a burger. I am happy I tried Five Guys!
First time here. Not busy, so we ordered quickly and received our food/drinks in just a few minutes. The made to order Burgers are all about $10 each and ours were made correctly, and were hot. My only complaint is that a firmer bun is needed as the one used is to soft and fell apart. The small order of fries $4+ was enough for both of us, and they were hot and lightly salted. Coke products is not my favorite,so I just got an ice water, and my husband got a shake for $5.50. yikes!! very pricey...but he said the salted carmel was good. Overall...2 burgers, 1 small fry and a shake for $31 was pricey. oh..free peanuts. That was an unexpected surprise.
Overpriced, burgers were crunchy and flat. And I get that the smash burger is their thing, but it was literally crispy
Nice burger, not really worth the cost. I will probably not be back. Many local joints have better burgers for likely cheaper prices. Stay had a good attitude, but overall I didn't care for the experience of spending over 25 for a burger, fries and a drink.
Great food, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made our visit great. Very happy we stopped in!
It was my first time here. The experience was new to me and I really liked the ambiance. When I'm going through Cedar Rapids Five Guys will be the restaurant I eat at.
Burgers are pretty good, fries are excellent, but omg those prices are ridiculous. I could literally go to a sit down fancy restaurant for the same.
