Great hot sub and salad. Help is always friendly.

Sat here waiting for a to go order and when it got done she put it on the rack without telling me it was mine And then the employees were just standing around not even helping out so I don’t even know what that was about

I have to have gluten free bread which one reason I love this place, I order 3-4 times a week there, when they don’t have the bread they don’t call they just put it in a bowl which is fine BUT I pay an extra $2 for that bread, and I don’t get refunded that. That is my biggest complaint. The food is always great. I just wish they were better at refunding or at least trying to make it right. Also the free pickle is great when they don’t forget it.

Had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. 4 other people waiting for theirs. 3 employees sitting around while 2 worked. My sandwich was disgusting. Had the cheddar brisket and picked most of the meat off. It was like warmed up raw bacon. Employees interacting with a customer who must have been a friend very unprofessionally - goofing off while people waited for their food. Used to love firehouse subs.

The girl at the register took he sweet time getting a drink not caring we were waiting. She came to the register and just stood there not saying anything just playing with her nails for a solid 30 seconds. She didn't ring anything up right and I pointed it out and she just stared at me. She had no personality or care. One of thr worst people I've ever had seen. My order came out wrong. I ordered a large and she put in a small....im a 220 pound man...WHY WOULD I ORDER A SMALL

Very good food, and friendly people. Their sandwiches are excellent!

Good food and friendly service! Their hot subs are good and the Cajun chicken was only a little spicy. They have chili which is nice. Good sub shop in a good location. It looked clean and had a great experience. They had a lot of take away orders so it was a little slow and they almost forgot my chili but it was good.

I had the nicest young gentleman make my sandwich I believe his name was Thomas. He had been smoking the brisket for 19 hours! And he knew how to put that sandwich together.

Good food. My daughters like the Coke machine (lots of options). Service was fine, but not overly personable.

My other half our son and I went in today he ordered a meatball sub in which the meatballs were soggy and had two meatballs when there was room for three and the other two of us got heros in which they gave us a whole sub and a half of the second sub they refused to give us the other half sub and to top it off the pop taste really watered down and carbonated.
