Dropped my Field House member card on the floor. Waitress picked it up and took it to the owner. It's gone forever. Kind of a bad memory being accused of lying it was my card when they had no intention of honoring the 10% food discount anymore. The owner could at least have said so instead of pretending it was not my member card. The restaurant probably does not have the member list, anymore.
My wife loved her Philly cheese steak and crinkle fries. My fish sandwich was good. The staff was great and The atmosphere was nice. We really enjoyed the classic 60’s music. Ample TV screens for sporting events.
Food was great, service was as well. No complaints.
The place looks nice, I came in for the daily special but it was gone. I read the ad wrong, there were two specials, one was all day, the other was only for lunch. Besides that, the seat I was sitting on had duct tape on it. I saw some of the other food others were enjoying, and they all looked good, I was just bummed about missing the special. Lots of TV's there to enjoy what ever sports you want to watch, especially anything to do with the Hawkeyes.
Great restaurant!It's a little small so I imagine it could get quite busy, but it's a fantastic restaurant. Good food, kind staff that is very laid back but still attentive and prompt, and an awesome atmosphere with tons of Iowa Hawkeyes decorations. They've even got a darktronics sports ticker too! Very nice place! Much better than the Bushwood Bar across town.
If moe is working don’t expect to even smoke a cigarette without paying your entire bill your not allowed 5 minutes outside the business to smoke or take a roommate home that takes less time than smoking a cigarette other great drinks great food just one bad server that can ruin your entire experience with in 4 minutes
Manager rude and not accommodating to patrons! Would not recommend! Lost alot of money today! We had a nice sizes party! Other restaurant took us in with no problem!

The fieldhouse is much smaller then it appears so it doesn't have a ton of room or tables. The service was ok, nothing to write ho.e about. The pickle wrap egg rolls were very good but you only got 4 pieces, or 2 whole egg rolls for 9 dollars. The pulled pork/Mac and cheese wrap was very very good. The onions rings are true beer battered onion rings. The chair I sat in was wobbly as one leg was shorter then the others. Overall a decent experience and would probably give it a second try. The good would be worth trying it again.
I went to the Fieldhouse to watch the Iowa game with my boyfriend. We got their way early and music was playing on their Touchtunes jukebox, so I thought I would play a couple of upbeat songs. I purchased the songs from their Touchtunes and a woman behind the bar whom seemed like the owner lifted up her remote and turned off both of my songs that I paid to have play. Very very rude!! I've never been anywhere with a jukebox that someone would change the songs purchased. Then I saw someone else line up some songs and the lady skipped over their songs too! What a rude person and sadly I think she's the owner too. My advice: Don't have a jukebox that links for your customers to play on it, if you don't want for your customers to use it. Very disappointing experience! I thought I liked this bar, but not anymore. Don't recommend!!Oh and the owner's reply to my review makes this experience even worse. By her saying "thinking it was another of our regulars that always adds songs that I skip", implies that I was trying to play a bad song. However, I was trying to play upbeat songs for the game too, and many others in the bar were singing to the songs I was trying to play. So Still very very DISAPPOINTED!!!
